My Wednesday Diary

Yesterday was a bit stressful for me, as I shouted at some of the students while conducting a spoken English class at Uttar Gujarat School. I seemed to be a heavy burden when they didn’t act as I said. It happens each time, and every day. So, I don’t need to worry too much about it. But I have find proper solution, such as control my temper, correct my daily language, listening attentively to them and find some positive in each child. That is a better way to deal with them; I lose my temper and become hyper with them.

Consequently, I lose my temper first, then feel irritated, my energy decreases, I feel haggard, and I lose interest in teaching creatively. That’s why I need to control my way of teaching and the planning of lessons in the class.

On the contrary, I have to find out some good activities besides my existing ones. After listing those activities or ideas, I have to write them down properly, with detailed explanations and simple instructions, as per class. Further, I have seen and observed that I sometimes am unable to explain some simple ideas or do not get the proper way to convince them. That is also the biggest challenge for me, and it enables me to leave out the idea of that lesson.
Let me search out something better.
