      Where there is a will, there is a way! A boy named Mandeep, who is from a very poor background,   scored 98.6% in the ten classes in the Uddhampur district of the Jammu Kashmir region. He became a topper in the entire district. Without any computer or mobile for online education, he achieved it. It is said, "Where there is a will, there is a way."   In this way, he proved it by his sheer hard work and strong will.
