  Share my thoughts about this summer spoken English batches. Starting my batches of spoken English at various places. I decided to impart good things to second language learners. So, I took lots of ideas into action and tried to find out techniques to bring the result. Therefore, I am very passionate about teaching and using different methods. Along with these objectives and trying to focus on these, I am facing financial issues and dealing with them properly. That is also part and parcel of my career and life. That’s why. I keep myself happy and satisfied with myself. At least it can help me out in reaching to good and authentic life.   Happiness is very crucial in life, and having it indeed matters a lot. However, it is said that it is a state of mind that conceives it and also deceives us. Several points of life can help us to achieve it somehow.   My Monday Diary.                                    Date:- 8 April 2024 Yesterday I got up at 7 and had my routine. Then I had morning breakfast and tea before going to the workplace. I dropped in at my elder sister and had a tete-tete. She was scolding her son about his discipline. I just observed and came to know that youngsters didn’t like to listen to their elders. He was lost in his thoughts as I was trying to communicate with him. Immediately I sensed that he wouldn’t pay attention to me. So I began my talk with him about his college and how he was doing at the college. After that, he paid attention to me.  At that time, I felt to had a digestion problem.   My one–and–a–half–month journey. As soon as the final exam comes to an end, other activities will start at an educational centre such as spoken English, dancing, music, painting, arts and crafts, swimming, computer and other sports activities. So, being a spoken English teacher I have to plan out my schedule by day-wise and hour-wise. That can help me out at creating better outcomes. My one-and-a-half-month course consists of full of activities, interaction, group activity and some related workable ideas. Simultaneously, I keep my objectives as clear as the sky. It is about creating confidence levels firstly, making them interested in speaking the English language well, further, they have to read it well and understand it too.
