Life is a meaning -making machine

                                                                                  Life is a meaning-making machine.                            Generally, we make meaning of every object in life. As soon as we look or observe the things we like to make the meaning. That is why it is said that life is a meaning-making machine. then we forget to live, breath, feel and act in life. sometime the person speaks something to which we feel uncomfortable. Then we make the meaning without thinking or realizing. Hence the problem starts and we mess up there with the person. But actually, we don't need to find any meaning in that. if we accept the person as it is. Later on, we can make a good rapport with him.                But we are conditioned in such a way that every time we make it automatically. So it requires careful study and conscious communication. Even we need to develop the habits of accepting the people whether they are negative or positive. Maybe they are successful or failu

feeling of guilt

                                                                               Recently i punished the boy of 9 A and did it being committed towards his career. But he and his mates created uproar in the school.I was called at the principal for explanation. At that time i excused and really felt guilt. Even i approached that boy and exclaimed the excuse. But he was not in mood in erasing. After school hours, he called his parents at management office and again the principal said sorry on my behalf.But the matter was not subsided, after half hour i was given the message to go the management's office. Over there i was literally telling sorry to that boy as well as his parents. Though i didn't punish with intensity but he created that much. His parents were telling me that they would inform the main trustee to sack me on that spot. Later on i informed the principal about sacking of me. she said that there was not any questioning of leaving. she assured me about the job.        

answer those three questions.

Day before yesterday i was asked three questions by Reach to Teach Organisation. Those questions is explained just now one by one. I am happy to share with you all. 1) How have you developed and improved your own practice as a teacher since qualifying? : since qualifying i have been learning from my observation as well as experience. Everyday reflect over my class room language , activities and participation of students. Then i note down the observation and try to change my teaching if required. I follow the method of 'reflect ,plan and act'. I mean to say that i like to go through self analysis. Sometime i take feedback from students in writing on ' like and dislike about my teaching. 2)  What do you believe are the most effective ways of helping teachers to develop professionally through training? : I strongly believe in class room activities , language games , group activities , interactive session in the class and much more. These things can be taught to teachers.

Three questions ?

                                                     Nowadays i was busy with election duty so i could not write anything , but i get back and start writing task. At this moment i reply to the questions asked by well known organization. That's why i write down in following lines. At first i need to go through the questions Q 1)How have you developed and improved your own practice as a teacher since qualifying? Q 2) What do you believe are the most effective ways of helping teachers to develop professionally through training? Q 3) What skills and abilities do you have to enable you to develop others?                                            These are questions and replying is also hard. Here i want to say that i never ask such hard questions.Because i always believe that it is time consuming and nothing will come out of it. But actually i am wrong in my perception. This will extract my energy as well as thought. At last the sweet fruit will bear and its taste will be good. so
