Hello friends ,                         Nowadays i start the presentation week for my students.I already assigned the details of that to each and every student. They will present orally or P.P.T. , but it is upto them how they can present. But i got realisation that though they are going to present their assignment but it shows my level of teaching as well as convincing. Ultimate they are my students. They will follow some of my teaching methods , technique and styles etc.Sometime i feel that if i think over what my learners learn everyday and how they learn from me? At least it can help either me or them. But i don't keep that old way of evaluation. It is also essential to keep my presentation before them. It must be an innovative and excellent from my side. simultaneously i need to ask myself over what is definition   of these above words.                                  Sweet are the uses of adversity !                     A day before week, I was in 6 TH A   class and teaching grammar point. I explained it and gave some examples on the board. Then hoping everyone would get it clearly, but my assumption went wrong. As soon as I asked one of the students to come and solve one example on the board. At same time she wrote it and tried to solve it. But she did nothing. So I took her class diary and wrote notes in it. Then suddenly she started crying and telling her friends something. So I asked her why she was crying. She replied that her mother would beat her if she came to know about that note. Further she added that her mother didn’t listen to her. She told me that she hadn’t understood the topic properly. Since long time she had been facing the problem of not understanding the teacher and his continuous speaking in English.                      By that time the bell rang and everyone gathered around her. Yesterday i watched a video of the advertising and was made an emotional.I learnt that we need to change the technique as well as methods of teaching to the students. At least we have to connect with their feeling. Then we can see an outcome  of the teaching Here i like to upload that video and realise what we can do for our kids. Sometime e feel that why our children don't listen to us because they do not connect with us. Then we start to throw the dirt of blame on others including the education system.But who will take care of the children's feeling and the parents are so much busy to send them to private classes.And these classes again spoil their life by showing the mechanic way of learning. After that they behave with others like Robert machine.So we need to check out our way of teaching and treating. I think that the time has come that the initiative to be taken by everyone.
