  Hobby Once two lady friends were at the super mall. They were about to buy something for households. Suddenly one of the ladies got a call but ignored it. Again she had it, but her friend saw it and asked her who it was. That lady showed the mobile to her. The caller was named as Hobby. She was surprised over the name of the caller. Out of curiosity, she asked her who the hobby was. She told her that it was her hubby. The lady friend pointed out that she misspelt her hubby’ name. At that moment, she said that her hubby used to call several times her during daytime and asked whether she had done lunch or taken tea or rest. Further, he asked her what she was doing at the moment of calling.                So she was bored on telling every day the same thing to him. That’s why she named after him as a hobby, not hubby. She thought that her husband had got a hobby of asking her several meaningless questions every time. The lady friend got the meaning of it.

 A fact At fruit stall, I stood and asked for the price. The fruit vendor told a fact of today’s science after knowing me as a teacher. I got shocked by his observation and evaluation. He mentioned that the science had made us lethargy, best liar and pretender. I asked him why he said it. Then he looked at me with doubtful. He said that it forced us to lie whenever the person spoke on the mobile. He used to reply the caller,  “I am outside of the city. So don’t call me until I get back.”  Though he was in the city but used to speak a lie. The vendor referred to another example. The students were showing a pretension of attending the Zoom or Google meet classes. They were just on it, and they were either sleeping or watching television. They took freedom of the teachers who muted them after seeing their scribbling activities on the screen or listening unnecessarily the noise from their side.   No complain, no explain. I became gloomy on the finding of no money in the pocket. It happened in the morning. The day began with a negative outlook. Somehow I left for my school and thought of reasons why I was a penny less. Mind kept of heaps of blame on others while going to school. I blamed parents for not giving me extra money. The friends and fortune were brought in the blame factor. As soon as I noticed a woman who was searching for something on the roadside. She had a string tied with magnetic which she just moved it in the soil. She was trying to search for iron or nails or pin. She had a small white bag in which she was keeping the finding objects into it. On her face, I found not at all complain, blame to her luck or regret to be born in poverty. She was too engrossed in her task of finding to notice me. Her only mission would arrange two times meals for her and her family. She even didn’t ask the govt for her rights as needy. On the other side, she was busy with work

  Teacher’s role for society Nowadays, I observed closely at the society and families. Particularly unaccepted, unchanging and non-moving tendencies are among people. Due to the slow economy and pandemic, the families and people face a shortage of employment and money liquidity. So they become a little bit irritated and frustrated. It looks common but most dangerous thing is that they start blaming either past or present or their education. Further, they sit digging their career or life instead of accepting the situation and moving ahead.  It is seen and heard among all sections of society. It happens due to lack of clarity in thought and action. Motivation is also nowhere for these people. Here teachers’ community can play a role for these people.
