 Recently, I got a call from my college management asking whether I would join the college as a full-time faculty member. I declined, as I had work in the afternoon, and hoped for a better option in the city. On making a decision, it sounded good and confident to me as I was of the opinion that the network, as well as connections with others, would help me to get the job. I maintained it well throughout the years. On the other hand, I began sharing with a few of them, and I also met with them. By that time, I felt positive and confident about my decision and networking.

 But, slowly and gradually, it became delaying for me to secure. Then my thoughts and experience raised questions over my profile. It was about my skills, upgradation, experience and passion. Consequently, I was under stress and had negative feelings. Therefore, I kept sharing with everyone in the city, and wished it would come to my help.

 Sometimes it happens to everyone. So, that was not at all an issue. But it is a challenge for me to go through this hard and cutthroat competition. On the other hand, I need to take on challenges and look forward to the upcoming days. Definitely, I will have a good job and career. I know that it is a time to test me and my patience level. It will prepare me to become well and outstanding. So. It is a good journey for me to build myself as a good speaker and thinker. I will plan out the coming days.

  Self-Listening matters…… Success doesn’t come easily and comfortably. It requires a lot of patience, dedication, persistence, and, of course, hard work. Still, most of us face mental challenges in achieving it. Causes may vary in dealing with it or getting it. However, listening to our own voice, which chatters endlessly and constantly, it influences a lot in creating and leading us. What and how we listen to ourselves create our psyche and behavioural patterns. It sets our pattern in dealing with everyday incidents, reaction and thinking. It is obviously reflected in behaviour and the thought process. In daily life, we never get to know what we have a listening pattern and reaction tone. As soon as we look or observe the things we like to make the meaning. That is why it is said that life is a meaning-making machine. then we forget to live, breath, feel and act in life. sometime the person speaks something to which we feel uncomfortable.
