Learning attitude

Once upon a time, an MBA student was hired and offered the post of assistant manager by a multinational company. He was happy being the high packaged job. On the first day of the job, he reached the office on the time. He was introduced by the board of the company. He greeted everyone and shook the hand with all.

Then being MBA he was a little bit awkward and embarrassed when he was informed that he had to work under the guidance of the general manager, who was just 12 passed person. At that moment, his manager smiled at him while shaking his hand. He uttered to him that he would learn more and more from his assistant manager.

Still, he was not happy and continued working with an unhappy mind. Within six months, he was demoted and kept as executive officer. He immediately went to the board of the company over his demotion. But the board of the company informed him that he was not learning and working with an unhappy mind. So they degraded him and deducted his salary along with his perks.

A lesson of this story is that we need to keep ourselves a learner and happy mind while working anywhere.
