                               Sharing and Enrolling                                         I brought ‘sharing and enrolling’ activity at 11 th commerce. It means that the students have to share their feeling and they enroll their friends in this activity. In detail, let me tell that there is a lesson in English textbook, that is ‘ P.T.Usha: against all odds ’. In this lesson the narrator talks about her struggle and ideal views. So I planned out this activity and ask my aspirants the following questions, A)   Who is your ideal person? B)    Why is that person ideal to you?                                                            As soon as I wrote these questions on the black board, I gave them ten minutes for their writing work in the paper. At that moment, they started writing and thinking too. At first they were confused about these. But I cleared their difficulties, as it number of ideal persons and how to decide it?                                                            Padma massi                                                        “Oh! What happened to our massi? Who gave this news? Why, she resigned?” one of V.N.GODHANI teachers asked to sweeper at the washroom. He came directly from a tea room and was discussing with the teacher about Padma massi who resigned from her work. It was morning time and the news spread on the premises like fire. Initially nobody was ready to gulp it, but it was a fact.                                   Padma massi was a tea maker at V.N.Godhani school for 40 years. One day she submitted a resignation letter to the school management. She put everyone into dilemma. Everybody was habituated with her tea and its taste. So everybody inquired about her and reason of resignation. Some of teachers as well as the management started asking her why she gave the resignation letter. Whether anybody insulted or hurt her feeling. But she kept silent and said nothing

                                 Speech at assembly                                 Today I delivered the speech on discipline and responsibility at the school assembly. It has a specific purpose and goal. That should be achieved and it is targeted to convince others about the meaning as well as importance of the discipline. It can give an inspiration to all of us to do or take an initiative. So that we can start to be self-discipline and responsible.                                                        Discipline doesn’t come from outside, but inside. It is a vital to everybody. It can make us serious, thoughtful and action taker. It can bring happiness, regularity and stability in day to day life. There are number of examples to be pointed out. These are swami Vivekananda, Barack Obama and Narendra modi etc. Even the current government takes quick decision due to discipline factor. It also takes initiative. It doesn’t wait or think a lot, but looks forward to having a change

Nobody is ready to give up his own things for others. Nobody is ready to return the found money. It takes place in a few cases. We know that Bill Gates, Warren Buffet and others do social service. They reach every corner of the world. But SRK( shri RamKrishna Welfare Trust) started relief fund for poor and needy people. Though it is part of SRK but it has an autonomous body which works on its own way. It takes own decision. No outsiders interferes and suggest, it works from morning to evening, it neither shows its proud nor ask others to advertise its own agendas. But it works silently and quietly. Hello Near and Dear                             Yesterday i started my going to school.It opened on 4 June, 2018. It was my first day and thought of recalling my promises as well as commitment. It was taken earlier by me. So it is my duty to go through these commitments and review them carefully. Then I have to plan out for them so that I can carry out my commitment easily and constructively. Now I am going to start my novel writing and keep it update Further I need to set some strategies for my content writing work. I must keep some action. so these can extract my best.
