Speech at school assembly

                                 Speech at assembly
Today I delivered the speech on discipline and responsibility at the school assembly. It has a specific purpose and goal. That should be achieved and it is targeted to convince others about the meaning as well as importance of the discipline. It can give an inspiration to all of us to do or take an initiative. So that we can start to be self-discipline and responsible.
Discipline doesn’t come from outside, but inside. It is a vital to everybody. It can make us serious, thoughtful and action taker. It can bring happiness, regularity and stability in day to day life. There are number of examples to be pointed out. These are swami Vivekananda, Barack Obama and Narendra modi etc. Even the current government takes quick decision due to discipline factor. It also takes initiative. It doesn’t wait or think a lot, but looks forward to having a change factor. It is also said that those who are disciplined they are very happy and courageous, but those who are not disciplined they are not happy and fear to take decision. Once we become self-discipline, automatically it helps us to take decision, an initiative and creative in our day to day life. Then it can lead us to the next level of career.
After that the responsibility comes and enables us to cause in doing the work. It is not burden, force and compulsion. Once we develop it, slowly and gradually we can bring integrity in our life. It means that what we speak, we will be doing.  There will  not be any difference between our word and action. Further we can show 100% result in the life. In this way, it is an important to cultivate the habit of the discipline. It is really matter to make the people to be responsible and integrity.
