Communication means oneness and togetherness

The word ‘communication’ comes from the word ‘commune’. It means to be oneness or togetherness. In detail, the person speaks with others. If he is heard with oneness or togetherness is called real communication. Whenever we either listen or communicate, at that time, we both people connect with each other in the communication. We show oneness, togetherness, and attachment. Otherwise it is a just mechanical communication if there is no sign of oneness and togetherness in it. The person speaks without any authenticity of oneness or togetherness and other just hears the word, not oneness with him. That is only mechanical way of communication. That’s why most of the relationships don’t live longer and break up instantly due to lack of oneness and togetherness in the communication.                           In day to day life we come across such examples and never realise the importance and value of authentic communication. Recently I had such experience of it. It happened that I was a

Speech on Republic Day

Today we Indian people are celebrating 70 th republic day all over the country. Republic means that it is a form of government in which power resides in the people, but is exercised by elected leaders run according to the constitution provision and enacted laws of the land. So what power do we have as Indian? Do we know it? Perhaps we are powerless due to current scenario of the country. We are always surrounded by the corruption, social issues, and internal fights. If we want to develop our nation, we need to know our self and power, that defines the word ‘Republic’   Today, instead of changing the leaders, we need to change ourselves, our attitude, communication habits, work style, and many things. We always put blame over the government for anything. It is either educational or social issue, but we never take responsibility of it and forget that we elected the present government by using our power. So that needs to be clear to us. Further we Indian have to develop our human po

Transformed the heart

On Wednesday morning during this winter season, I saw a beggar standing, who was in front of restaurant ,near my school before reaching the school. At a time I felt very sad and I came at parking. As soon as I parked my vehicle there, I called the head boy of the school. He rushed towards me and asked what the matter was. I shared the story of that beggar who was there and nobody was paying attention to his need. So I felt pity for him and handed 100 rupees note to him, telling him that he would offer a cup of tea and breakfast to him by paying money to the hotelwala.                Then I went directly to the staff room. By that time he returned and said that he handed the rupees to him. I got angry with him and shot lots questions.                “Why did you give him 100 rupees note instead of offering tea and breakfast?”   He replied me that I had said that to him and he did. Again I asked him,   “Did you think that he will take tea and breakfast? “ He was unsure of th

Not required forcefully , but softly !

Last week I came across two incidents in my life. These were first at school and latter at government school. on that day at first i was reading the newspaper and one of students of our school was writing something. By curiosity I asked him what he was writing. He replied me and I got very shocked why the teacher assigned such mechanical task. actually he was called on the stage while the assembly was going on. he was asked to tell the pledge in the front of the whole school. He didn't tell it properly. So one of the teachers assigned him for writing 15 times the pledge. At that time he was writing it 15 times in notebook. In fact he was doing it mechanically and not at all with interested. while writing it , he was looking here and there. From that scene I could say him that he was not going to learn it anymore.Instead of learning spontaneously he developed rotten learning.                                                         Latter incident was like first one. On that day ,
