Article on positive learning in the classroom

                   My children are really grown up   !!!
                                                             
                          On Thursday morning I never thought of any enlightenment would take place in my precious life. But it happened at 12 science class. As an English teacher I went there and had tete at first with them. At that time I grabbed a chance of taking feedback as well as their expectations by asking following two questions 
1)      What change do you think that the teacher needs to do it?
2)      What expectations do you keep from the teacher?

                                                          Then miracle took place and the aspirants exploded their perception candidly. It was a sign of their growing up and they have come up to that level which could be expected by the society.
                                  At first some of them hesitantly replied ‘NO’ but very soon they were ready and thought that they would supply feedback to the teacher. Over and over they submitted their pages to him. After that what happened as it was never happened earlier and they felt good, proud, recognized and honoured. It was an insightful journey not only for the teacher but also for them. Definitely what most mattered that they could come out with honesty as well as dedicated mind. The activity prepared them think deeply and emotionally. By that time the change took place rapidly in their conduct and thought. In this way it led both of them to an outstanding realization. Again it strengthened the rapport between the teacher and the aspirants. It too gave a chance of knowing what or not what to do at the class. It turned out a light as possible as a positive scenario.
                                                                              In the last broadly speaking it was nice day for the teacher to get a wakeup call and tried to improve the certain areas such as explanation, expression, pronunciation, practical approach and easy language etc. So that he can deliver expected outcome and the aspirants can enjoy the teaching and the learning. Let me hope that upcoming day will be amazing at V.N.GODHANI ENGLISH SCHOOL. It is a must to say “Bravo children, Bravo children”
