Meditation and India.
Meditation
is a word which has nothing to do with any religion. It is a purely science,
but the western countries say that it has a base of religion and spirituality
of the eastern countries. So India is immensely regarded as a place for the
meditation. Once Steve Jobs was asked by the journalist what the success meant
to him. He instantly replied that he had to go India and study the meditation.
That way India and meditation are known.
The
meditation is varied in its practices and methods. That’s why we find various
types of it. However, the people follow the religious method, chanting the
mantra, and practice regularly. Apart from this, there are lots of benefits to
the person, his mind, and body. It is rightly said that the sound mind is the
sound body. So the person practices it regularly. Then he gets the benefits,
such as the sound mind and body, clarity of thought, and the life mission.
Further if the person continues with it constantly, he will realise that he
isn’t his mind and body. So it is advisable to all that they have to read the
history of India and Meditation in order to know it more.
In
spite of the suggestions given by the experts, but simple way is that the
person has to keep easy and simple ways; select the easy mantra for the
chanting. Fix the place and time for it, focus upon the words of the mantra or
the prayer, ignore the mind’s game, and not take break. At least you can do
these in sake of getting the good results. So let’s start today and stick it
firmly.
