Happiness is a need of life.

Image
Happiness is a need of life. A happy man works happily and produces happy results. It keeps him motivated and satisfied. Therefore, happiness is a must if we want good results at the workplace or family. Otherwise, he becomes dejected and tense while living his life. Happiness comes when he finds purpose and goals in his life or day-to-day routine. That sets him up for his workaholic culture and holds for some noble cause. As a result, he constantly keeps working in his life. That’s why, it is said that a happy mind keeps the workplace happy. Moreover, it leads the man through the ups and downs of life confidently. Then, he starts finding ways to deal with the situation. He adheres to his commitment level. He tries to achieve his dreams. Every time, he looks for the positive in everything. Other qualities automatically revolve around his personality such as patience, good-naturedness, optimism, acceptance, cooperation and much more. All these happen because of happiness. ...

Saturday’s diary

Image
Saturday’s diary. The day started in early the morning, it was around 4 o’clock. Helping mom and did my daily chores such as writing and sipping a cup of tea. It was the time to express myself as free as the bird. As soon as I finished my writing work, I went for a walk and came back before the sun rose. It was a short brisk walk, but I enjoyed it while walking on the road. Afterwards, I bathed and prayed a little before tea with the chapatti. At 8 I reached the school where I took rehearsal of some students who were preparing their activities for 26th January 2025. I was a bit angry with some of them as they didn’t prepare as well as I expected. Despite that, I talked and guided them. Then I left the school for home but I didn’t go it. Instead, I reached the Narmad Library where I spent some time reading the newspaper and old ones too. Next, I bought some old magazines for my students’ reading. At 11.35 I reached home, being alone I had my lunch and two glasses of buttermi...

Blame part

Image
Blame part . Blaming others is the worst part of human nature. I also see it externally and internally. It happens when we face failure or negativity. We try either escaping or avoiding it. To some extent, it becomes a part of nature and habit. We never realise what mindset we are carrying and what influence we create around us. On the other hand, we never take it seriously for positive learning. We believe in blaming others for our failure. That makes us comfortable in its space, and it becomes a forgotten part. That’s why, we never become a conscious learner of what we carry with us. It is the best point to find out the reasons why we keep blaming and what we blame. It helps us in exploring something better. As soon as we start exploring it, it opens up for acceptance, a bright future beyond it and something good. Even we keep avoiding making stories regarding it. Therefore, it is better to find out the causes instead of keeping it. There are some interesting facts for ...

Your thoughts are pioneers of life and career.

Image
Your thoughts are pioneers of life and career. What you are today because of your thoughts. It is said that whether you succeed or fail, your thoughts are caused by that. Therefore, your thoughts are pioneers of your life journey. They shape your career and life. At every moment, they guide you positively and negatively. They flow constantly through your mind creating unnecessary opinions, ideas and perceptions where you form your behaviour according to those thoughts. Thoughts insist you react and opine about a particular object or incident. They lead you in every direction of life and career. That’s why. Sometimes. Confusion takes place in life. Next, reaction and anxiety come before you, in consequence, chaos seems to be around you or lingering in your mind. Then you feel going nowhere.   Your whole life revolves around your thoughts. That’s why, it is essential to work on your thoughts. You have to start reading, writing your thoughts in a diary and start observing or re...

Authenticity and integrity are the backbone of life.

Image
Authenticity and integrity are the backbone of life. Authenticity and integrity are the backbone of my life and career. I try to follow them in my daily routine, but still, I don’t keep my integrity. I sometimes behave as per my habit of telling a lie or avoiding or delaying. It’s time to accept these pitfalls boldly if I want to achieve something better or do good in future. I know that I keep laziness in my routine. On the other hand, I keep delaying significant work. That always matters, so I don’t become serious about it. I know that I like living that way it attracts me. However, it’s neither going to help me nor instil good habits into my life. So, what to be done or taken steps towards correcting the path? Let me think over it and sort out what is pinching and stopping me. Firstly, let me make a daily timetable and follow it accordingly. At least it reminds me what to do. Secondly, I have to keep records of my daily expenses in a small notebook without fail. I...

A reminder about this year's goal.

Image
A reminder about this year's goal. Last year, I set a goal of earning one lakh but reached half of that. Consequently, I felt failed and depressed. I couldn’t try to find the reasons for it. While keeping it, I should have achieved that target by reaching all the possibilities. However, I couldn’t have tried over it. That happened and became the past of my last year. But this year, I have to achieve the set target of two lakh by finding out the possibilities. Let me write about those possibilities instead of engaging the unnecessary issues of family. There is no doubt that taking care of the family and the relations is my top priority. This year, I must keep a clear and concise working style along with health awareness. I think of revising my 2025 goals to be not just a reminder but a constructive way out. Planning and action go together in order to achieve the target of this year. Before that, I must keep myself focused on my goals. First of all, let me take down my poss...

Life is perfect for us!

Image
Life is perfect for us! Life is beautiful, is said by the saints and famous people. It offers a lot to us. It takes care of us at every level, but we don’t see or realise it. That’s why most of us are quickly sad and depressed. Every happening of life carries meaning for us, only we need to search for it. Moreover, it asks us to take risks so that we would not feel regret later on in life. It is so full of good things for us that we have to enjoy every moment of our lives. We only need to connect with life's meaning. If we feel we are losing something, we will gain something better from it. Therefore, we have to take initiative in each area of our lives. Then, it makes us prepared and contented about the purpose of our lives. Despite setbacks, we have plenty of opportunities to reach our dreams and goals. That ability is gifted by life itself. If we look back at the past, we will know that we had lots of chances to grow. But it depended on us whether we took steps or not. T...

Reaction authentically matters!

Image
Reaction authentically matters! In daily life, we react to smaller objects. We don’t know what impact they have on us afterwards. Firstly, they harm our relations with the world, either externally or internally. Secondly, they not only spoil our mood but also make us anxious unnecessarily. The next is that they put us into perplexing situations of life and career. Rather than being silent, we unconsciously start blaming others and find fault in everything.  It plays a role like a boss that creates a perception where we are unable to see any optimism. It doesn’t help us understand the real message of communication with others. Sometimes, we become a character of criticism by others. It’s better to understand what and why we react. Moreover, we should try to share our feelings authentically with others. Another option is that we can meditate, be watchful of our thought processes, and write down our thoughts in a diary on a daily basis. At least it helps us understa...

Unknown to known area.

Image
Unknown to known area.   I never noticed how I became negative and blamed others. It happened over time, and nagging my energy was unnecessary. It sometimes takes me to the dark side of life. It is unclear to be reasons. Further, it is quite hard to leave things and forget them. Then, it constantly flows through my mind and pinches me. I think that I feel hurt, unappreciated, unheard and non-recognised. Perhaps these are pinpoints of my mind that casually bring them together. As a result, I run after unnecessary and unreasonable objects of life. Even the mind makes meaning of everything in life. Once meaning enters the mind, then it tries to stay for a longer time.  Slowly and gradually, fear, doubts, jealousy, negativity and reaction try to take place or exist in the mind. Then, I start making stories of life as well as daily incidents. By the next stage, I feel lost in the dirt of life where there is no authentic meaning—automatically asking ‘Why’ isn’t asked. I...

Everyday troubles breed for writing……!

Image
Everyday troubles breed for writing……! Writing every day isn’t simple and easy. At first, topics for writing don’t come easily and naturally. It takes time, or we can say it is time-consuming. Then, what manner or what contents should be taken for it, that is out of mind. Sometimes, the mind puts a fear factor about future stability and security. Therefore, it isn’t cleared first, and for reasons, too. Everyday observations should help for it but it insists on keen observations and notes down what comes to the mind. Other matters don’t create a space to write what the topic is. In this puzzle, the person and mind play their dirty game of gathering past or blaming or perception. It adds trouble to him, consequently, it involves so many unnecessary issues. It is kind of challenging to go for it every day. For the last few days, I have been thinking of writing on Life is Beautiful and a review on Pushpa-2 Rule. However, completion doesn’t take place. My only thoughts are on my...

Bomb-blast within!

Image
Bomb-blast within! Yesterday, I faced a very conservative situation at school where the principal suddenly asked and blamed me for doing a kind of business with the school parents as it happened that I sold my e-booklet to one of the parents who was a government teacher. So, the school inquired whether I did any money-related work or earned in the school name. The incident hovered over me completely and caught me for a day full of negative self-talk with others about it. Consequently, my mind jumped over various things including leaving the job, voicing at the system, ill-talk and much more. As if something has happened seriously. Still, my mind gathered so much in front of me in the form of negativity, perception and behavioural issues. Further, I started looking at everything with a conservative perception of communication and behaviour. Importantly, I shared that with two or three teachers. That should not have been required at all. But I carried it out as if I was caught ...
