                                                            Recording classroom teaching is a good way for teachers, principal and management. It is self -learning method. In which the teacher is himself or she try to correct the mistake or error as well as classroom language. It is actually system and it should be followed consciously. At first the teacher keeps a mobile in his or her pocket and records his or her teaching on any particular day. Also he or she does same things for a week until he or she doesn’t see any improvement in the profession. Later on he or she can share it with others such as principal and management. Then that teacher will listen to it and try to figure out what happened in his or her class. That teacher does reflection with listening to it. Even principal or management will go through it and give advice as well as tips to the teacher. It is not about finding fault, but totally transformative approach between the teacher and the classroom teaching. It helps the teacher to have clear picture of the classroom. It hints to him or her to be aware of language which is used by him or her. And how it impacts on the students’ mind. It prepares him or her to make English language as good as possible. It enables the teacher to prepare lesson properly and correctly. It makes the teachers to come realization of error as well as mistake of the classroom. It rapidly changes the teachers’ style, approach and attitude etc. if the teacher just compares his or her first recording of classroom teaching with last or current recording, definitely he or she will find huge improvement in the presentation. It is classroom language, behaviour, explanation style and motivation towards the class etc.

                                        Apart from self reflection, principal as well as management also guide or see the difference. It saves time for both of them related to evaluation of the teachers. It is over all good and self -awareness methods. Through this, it directly guides to the teachers. When the teachers finish the listening of audio. Then they can have self introspection and try to justify their stand.  So it is totally self-improvement or learning method. It assures to the teachers about their personal achievement and changing style.

                                          Further they can share their audio with the colleagues and need to take feedback. Similarly they need to listen to their colleagues’ audio. At the same time they need to give feedback others. Even they both can share a format of feedback. It is in following

                                            The extra space should be taken for feedback. It is an innovative as well as conscious method for the teachers. It is to continue help to the teachers in areas of classroom language, presentation, nature, attitude, talent, motivation and self awareness etc.
