                                 Generally we people use the word ‘creativity’ without its proper meaning. Then we fail to get it. We have a number of questions about it. We even take for granted that it is very easy and common. But it is advisable to define it. The word ‘creativity’ means involving the use of imagination to create something. It means that imagination is to be involved in creating new or something. Simply something to be created with the power of imagination. That is called creativity. Today it is required in each and every field. It is also seen differently with different meaning.

                       As soon as we people come to know the meaning of it, but don’t know how to make ourselves to be creative or show our work creatively. Therefore creativity doesn’t take place easily and simply. It happens in a specific condition. It demands positivity, full of imagination and curiosity etc.Not only this is required but also free mind, vacuum in mind and space for doing something. Then the person should look for innovation in his work and ready to create something different in his work. It would be different from others. It automatically attracts the attention from surrounding. It convinces the people that it is a really example of creativity.

                                        Creativity happens anytime and anyplace. The examples are seen in day to day life. As the sun rises, the birds start chirping and the flowers start blooming. As a small baby gets attention by his action as creatively as the possible. A mother easily convinces her baby about life. These are a few examples, but we can see much more if free from our preoccupied mind. We need to understand that lie is full of creativity. It is available in every corner and everywhere. Indian cinema is the best example of it. As we watch new movie, definitely we can acquire many example of it. In the movie the story, dialogues and the expressions are real example of it. So life itself is a creative. But it is up to the person how he perceives it.

                                        Being creative or do the work creatively or show creativity is necessary to live up to the people. It is today’s demand that it should be in education, social, corporate and other sector. Otherwise the person is out of race. Then his qualifications and mark sheets cannot fetch any employ ability. Only creativity in him can bring it. That’s why; the huge demand of the creativity is really seen in today’s era. It is not available in book or theory, but in doing something extraordinary and imaginary.  The person should think over likes and hobbies. Then he should try to make these things creatively. In everyday life it is available for him. Hope that we people should get it and try to apply it in our work.
