A great lesson

A great lesson   Yesterday I was thinking of New Year 2022 and my aim. But I was unable to succeed in figuring out what it should be. While coming home, I saw an open place full of garbage and dirty mud on the way. It was not possible to stand there. But seeing small plants of mango and neem, I felt happy. The way they were bending down because of the cool breeze. I felt pleased by looking at them as if they were smiling at me with dancing and moving both sides of the ground. Though they were in dirt and garbage, still they looked happy and stable. I got the realization that they messaged in the following lines Enjoy life and work every moment Be ready to face any difficulties   Be happy despite problems Offer others what they want from me Be self and flexible with the flow of life                                                        At the end of 2021, they taught me a great lesson.

A third session and its report The third session started with a small prayer. It lasted for two minutes and followed sharing a story titled, ‘Life-changing test’.   I interacted with them and raised lots of questions related to the teachers' roles. As soon it finished, I began describing the school, college, home and other places. Some of them described the college campus and home well. On that day, some new faces also presented their speaking skills through these topics. After that, small communication activity was introduced to them and called them on the stage. It was ‘to arrange self with alphabet wise.’ They not only enjoyed it but also learnt a lot about communication skills and body language. Then I made them think and speak. Again, I introduced a small activity on the Name game. It was also a nice one for them. In the end, I had their feedback on ‘what do you like or dislike.’ And the positive affirmation was followed by two teachers. That day was full of learning

Dark and light in life!

Dark and light in life! Once upon a time, a young man was travelling to his village. It happened with him to come into a dark part of the forest, heard a roaring sound of lions and other animals. So he became afraid and started shivering negatively. He didn’t understand what to do. He remembered that his elders used to say him to utter the name of God in a time of difficulty. Therefore, he began pronouncing the name of Lord Rama and kept doing it until the dark area had vanished.                                  He felt fearless when he came into the area where the light was easily visible. Consequently, his fear was also out of sight and relaxed. He started singing his favourite song from the famous movie joyfully due to it. Thus, he was in total happiness and positively walked towards his destination. Similarly, darkness and light symbolize life. The first brings doom, problems, negative feelings and mental and physical stress. And the second throw happiness, optimistic thoug

A report on the second session The second session was started by discussing the plan and objectives of the session. Then, it was started with a prayer as a song of ‘Jai Ho.’ next, I shared the story of the blind boy and interacted with them. To enhance the confidence level, I introduced the activity of 'Sagadi Sagadi Sapa Pa.’ As soon as it was finished, I demonstrated how to share the daily routine with others. Their practice was followed. They became very enthusiastic about their learning. After an hour, I discussed what kind of instructions they used at the different places such as school, home, hospital and garden. It prepared them to think and imagine. Most of them were interested in sharing the usage of instructions. In the end, as usual, I asked them about their feedback on the session. Then it followed with positive affirmations. They expressed satisfaction about it. It ultimately brought about the change factor and made us better learners.

Then, I demonstrated how to master self-introduction before the teacher trainees and called them to do the same. Despite coming slowly, they spoke well and motivated others too. Further, they became happy and self-motivated. While doing their self-introduction, they learnt about the teaching methods and public speaking tips. After that, the other’s introduction was started by coming two students and continued to 3.15. Some of them performed well and felt glad. Before ending the session, they had a small activity of Simon Says. It was a game on learning vocabulary. They enjoyed it and had feedback with me on what they liked and disliked. But they shared only positive. Some of them shared that they enjoyed coming on the stage. Others said that they liked the story with a moral. A few of them also said that they loved the last activity of the session titled Simo

Be focused

Be focused in life and career   Once, a student from a triable area got admission to a well-known college in the city.   On his first day, he observed something different. He didn’t like it, and became very sad about his decision and decided to cancel the admission. That’s why he went to the principal’s office and shared his thoughts with him. At first, the principal asked him to have a seat. He questioned the student, “Why do you want to cancel your admission?” He replied, “Sir, I don’t like the atmosphere of the college.   If I stay here, I will be a spoilt one.” The principal asked by looking at him, “What did you see here? How will you become spoilt?” He said, “The students of this college make fun of me, even they laugh at and criticise me. They use bad words. So, I think that I will waste my valuable life and time here.” The principal said, “So, you want to cancel your admission.” “Yeah, sir” After a while, the principal suggested to him
