Case study on leadership and their communication

Image
Case study on leadership and their communication There are some stories related to the leaders and their success or failures. -         At one of the schools where I worked for a year, there I found that the leader failed in my case and final settlement. That person raised both hands and conveyed to me that I should meet the management for it. Whenever I called that person, but I found the communication not up to the level.   Then, the management was not ready to listen to me after sending emails several times. At last, I called them for my final settlement. But they didn’t answer me satisfactorily. I waited for their proper answer, but I realised that the leader was not clear about handling such cases. Ultimately, I hoped that he or she should tackle it not for money but for satisfying the candidate.   Because of such a leader, the whole system faced lots of problems related to academics and results. -         Another story happened with my friend, who works at a reputed school.

Your happiness matters.............!

Your happiness matters...! Happiness is costless to everybody but depends upon your thinking, attitude, sense of perception and attention. Otherwise, you are not allowed to have it. It is most costly for those who spend lots of money on it. Still, they are far away and out of reach. On the contrary, it is costless for a crazier and creative person. One day, the Sage was asked by one of his disciples how he could achieve it. At once, he got a reply that he could look around and focus upon himself instead of others. At the time, He could surely get it. Then, he looked around and tried to focus on himself. But he was unable to succeed in it, and lastly, he left for a hut without getting it. Nowadays, the same story happens to everyone. Still, we don’t have time to look around and focus on ourselves. For, everybody is busy checking a load of messages on mobile. So. It is out of reach to us. Do you still think it depends upon yourself and thinking?   By Haridas Patil (Blogge

A bicycle brought positive life learning before me

A bicycle brought positive life learning before me When I was a child, I learnt to ride the bicycle in 7th class. I felt as if I had won the entire world and dreamt of an unknown world. So I used to ride it fast and compete with my childhood friends. It was such a feeling that I didn’t express at the time, but I felt and celebrated it differently.   Once I was with my friends and had a bicycle race on the road. We all were shouting and enjoying ourselves. But suddenly, I bumped my bicycle into the back of a van while riding it swiftly. I fell and got injured on my legs and scars on my hands. All dreams of achievement and joy collapsed, and it brought me into the realism of life. I cried a lot, and my friends blamed the driver of the van. On that day, I understood that life is not about the only dream or enjoyment but also try to work harder for what we dreamt of the unknown world. That incident ploughed positive learning into my life.   In the end, I got the realization tha

Lost my Guruji.................!

Lost my Guruji………! On the teacher’s day, I remembered my Guruji, who was very strict and disciplined. Under his guidance and teaching, all of my friends settled well, and are doing well in their fields. I always keep him in the place of my life and career. Because he used to teach us at school in the daytime, but he used to take a round of the entire village and check out whether his students were studying. Even he used to keep a scale or stick. Further, he not only scolded us but also our parents for doing well in our studies. As if he was working for his students 24X7. We all friends used to avoid eye contact with him and his residential area. He all the time remembered about his students, their studies and home works. He used to keep personal goals for every student. For that, he kept hard working. Sometimes, he used to keep inquiry about the home works. That’s why not only the students but also the parents followed his words and guidelines carefully. He instilled lots of ethi

Found a new teacher

Found a new teacher In my class, I always keep doing creative and innovative ideas for my students. Recently, I recorded my students’ speech and made them listen to it frequently to relearn. They did as I said. But all of sudden, one of them asked me to record my speech too. At first, I neglected his suggestion. Later on, I recorded my speech too. It changed my perception and landed me in relearning mode. After that, I listened to it several times and found every time new learning. It was the relation with taking a pause, the utterance of the last letter, tone, intonation and much more. What I wanted to teach my students, that I kept it relearning. By and by, I realised the importance of recording my speech and listening to it. The day brought a change in me and the realization of my upgrading. Before the teacher’s day celebration, I found a new teacher who had been lost. In the end, I offered thanks to them and promised that I would keep it as my
