My thoughts on teaching spoken English

My thoughts on teaching spoken English.

Teaching Spoken English isn’t as easy as English subjects. It has no fixed curriculum. Even teaching English grammar is not helpful to either teachers or learners. It takes a person’s knowledge and insight into the English language. Moreover. A person has to study it deeply and thoroughly. He has to reflect, research and write about the English language. He always studies it and applies it regularly. Further, he has to find out the ideas working for the learners.

He has to keep various methods such as functional, communicative, eclectic, translation and other things. He constantly keeps his learning spontaneous. He reflects on his class regularly and deeply. Apart from this, techniques are most important to bring results to the class. That’s why, teaching spoken English is not simple to bring out the desired results in a particular area such as schools, colleges and institutes.

It takes lots of hard work and research skills from the teacher who teaches it. Importantly, it is seen that what works in a particular area is not sure will work in another area. That’s why it is a matter of research, related ideas, deep knowledge and reflection.

Lastly, happiness and active participation are highly required in the class.

Hello readers, any other ideas or suggestions are appreciable and praiseworthy.
