Training and learning - a key to
educational success!
Training the teachers and making them to learn are the
best way to excel the school level. It prepares them to go extra miles in their
efforts. It enables them to be an action maker and an outcome setter. It offers
a lot of improvement to them and the educational institutions. That’s why the
training is very vital not only for the teachers, but also for the educational
institutions. It motivates changes and brings a momentum of success at the
institutions. It makes them to plan act and reflect. So these learning methods
can enable them to work harder and smarter. Through it they can update as well
as upgrade with the present scenario. It can boost the confidence among the
teachers and the learners. There is a lifelong result if the training on the
regular basis.
The
training can be given on month and regular basis. Again it can be in a specific
area, not general. It may be teaching methods, technique based, skills based
and result oriented. It can be called as professional training. Apart from
these, the problem areas can be addressed and the training to be offered. So
that the target objectives as well as the outcome can be achieved. It is not
easy done than said. For the private agency or training centre can take an
initiative. They can approach with proper action plan to the educational
institutes. They need to convince these institutes about the result.
In
order to bring clear and specific results these training agencies need to work
on every areas of education. These areas are: classroom language, methods,
techniques, activities, outcome reflective, skill based and approaches. It is
so clear in the training that the educators can find a solution or way out.
Throughout it can be given and made a compulsory if the excellence is needed.
It can sharpen the teaching skills. It can enable the educator to utilize the
different aspect in the class. They can make the class as learning and
developing place. Automatically it ignites a fire in the learners and they
begin on themselves. They don’t only dependent upon the teachers, but also be
independent for learning. Once this momentum of learning is started, definite
results are to be taking place.
In
broader perspective, it can bring clear vision and mission for all of them.
These various training can bridge the gap between the learners and the
educators. Then the learners can have varied options for careers. It can be
based on the skills which is given by their educators. So it cannot be kept
away, but bring into regular mode. That’s why it is believed that the training
and learning go hand in hand.
Further
the benefits are at big level. Not only the teachers but also the learners can
get what they want in their career, it can enable them to think creatively and
innovatively. It can make them to be energetic in their approach. It can fuel
the fire in them to do extra things except regular task. It makes them to be
actor, not talker. It brings clear objectives in their day to day plan. It
sharpens the skills and presentation. It brings a lot of teaching as well as
activities ideas. Lot can be brought in the educational field by it. Surely it
offers large amount of benefits.
Recently,
at V.N.Godhani English School, The Oxford Publication Press conducted four
days training for their teachers. It was well organized and result oriented.
Rachana Singh, Manjiri Patil and Mansa Pande respectively took charge of
it there. Three of them brought up gradation and update in the teachers. They
made the training interactive and activity based. It was nicely conducted by
them. They focused on some specific areas of teaching and learning. At the end
of the training, the teachers felt energized and updated. Really they trained
Godhanites and it was a worth appreciating and attending.
