A journey to school to be remembered……

A journey to school to be remembered……

On Sunday, I visited a school far away from Surat city, which is a small village near Silvasa. That day taught me a lot about not only a perfect school but also an ideal school, its infrastructure, atmosphere, and much more, including its teachers who stood by us throughout the visit.

Starting early morning with other educational teachers from Surat city under the guidance of Mr Savaji Bhai Patel and planning the execution of Mr Vivek Bhai Ghori. They led us well to the place where we were supposed to conduct an interview. Before reaching there, we had a delicious breakfast on the way. We had a tete-a-tete with one another while going to the place.

On reaching there, we were welcomed and blessed by honourable P. P. Swamiji and a brief information regarding the interview and selection process. As soon as we began it, seen flow of good teachers over there. Despite a somewhat tribal area, we noticed that teachers were good, perfect, and much better communicated. That surprised me a lot.  In between, Mr Vivek bhai was guiding and supporting us perfectly. As if he turned out to be a torchbearer for us.

By the way, I might forget to tell about lunch served to us was very tasty and homemade. School teachers really stood for it and served us with full hospitality. The day brought me a memory of my village school and teachers.

By 3 o'clock, everything seemed to wind up, and we left for Surat city after a click of a pic with Swamiji as a memory to be remembered. The day was full of learning, observation and reflection. It was fortunate to see such a school where students would be inculcated into good learners and shaped into good citizens of society.

While returning my destination, I remembered a few lines of the famous poet Robert Frost,

“The woods are lovely, dark and deep.

But I have promises to keep,

And miles to go before I sleep,

And miles to go before I sleep.”

I offer my vote of thanks to Mr Savaji Patel, sir and a man who was guiding and supporting Mr Vivek bhai for such a wonderful journey with good learning.
