                       Diary Writing as a tool of development                Writing a diary is actually painstaking task for everybody. It is too difficult to acquire. It takes a lot of effort to mastery over it. In spite of these , either the teacher or student can take a challenge of it. They both can start working upon diary writing. Initial they will have difficulties to start it ,but once they are ready to work upon it. Then they will become habituated to write daily. They can set duration for it, as it has a variation of school , classroom and personal diary etc. so they can devote 12 day to each of them and see the development in their personal and professional life.             Psychologically it is said that the writing diary can release your pent up emotion and make your mood positive as well as stress free. On Guru purnima eve,V.N.Godhani School celebrated the day to honour the teachers and the mothers as the guru. We did many things like facilitation the teachers and worshiped the mothers.We performed the drama. It was called as First the Guru'.It was received well.       V.N.Godhani school had kept a talk on leadership skill by Mr.Sharad Sagar on last Saturday. That was on 23 July, 2018. It was for both mediums and 10 to 12 classes. So the students were taken to the hall at 1.15 and they along with the faculties had been waiting for him since 1.15 until 2 o clock the teachers had been successful in controlling the students. They were heard many things either about him or other things. At last at 2.25 he turned up there along with his team as well as SRK’s team.                                          The anchor began with a heap of praise over him and welcomed him by a head boy of English medium as well as a head girl of Gujarati medium. Within 10 minutes he was handed over the mike and put a plea to start his session. At first he shared his feeling that he was unwell. But he intended to talk by coming there.  Dear friends, nowadays I have been writing the school diary since 11 July,2018.Here I like to share the sixth day diary with you.  Date:18/07/2018  Day : Wednesday                                    School started with the assembly of 12  Commerce  boys and the teachers also appreciated them. It was nicely carried by them meaningfully and purposefully. It rained a little bit and brought a shower on the school floor. It made the atmosphere pleasant as well as beautiful. The classes started regularly and slow learning was taking off. The teachers brought creative work at the classes and made them to learn the lesson.                                     By that time, perhaps it was 9.50 we all got recess and it made us relaxed, happy and funny. During it, we had tea with our homemade breakfast and outside junk food too. So it was nice time for us.                                               On 10.07.2018 , Tuesday I discovered a new activity for 12 th science and applied it in the class. It was related about father’s expectation and feeling. As I entered the class and wrote an activity on the blackboard. All became excited as well as delighted. They asked me about what type of it was. Then they started tete a tete among themselves on it. It was based on the lesson ‘letter from Father’. I put  two instructions after making a group of four students. These instructions were: 1)       Imagine what does your father expect from you. Discuss this with your group. As you do at your home. Take 15 minutes  for this discussion. 2)       Then one or two members of the group will present their feeling and expectation in front of the class.                At first , some of them resisted me how they could know about father’s expectation.                                                     Today , at V.N.Godhani English school,Sathyabhama miss and her students of 9th B performed a drama on Samrat Ashoka's Justice. It was on moral values. It was presented well. It pointed out about the system of judicial of ancient time. It was stunning to see the students of that class acted totally natural way.                         All the students of the school liked and enjoyed it.They were convinced about value of justice in proper way. It was from the life of king Ashoka. in the end , all teachers shot a bunch of congratulations to the teacher Sathyabhama miss and her students.                                          I am glad to see the teacher took such initiative in the school assembly.                   Just now I received an email from  Sharyn Collins,   the editor 'EFL MAGAZINE' , informed me that she would like to publish my article 'Classroom Dynamics ' as she like it very much. But she is going to change it in some part of it.So she requested me to allow her for that.Now i am feeling very happy of achieving this. I mentioned her email in next line sharyn collins Jun 29 (5 days ago) to  me  Hello. I am sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. I have been inundated with article submissions this month and it has taken me some time to get to yours again after an initial quick glance through. I like it very much and I would like to publish it but it needs quite a bit  of work. The introduction is a little vague and there are stylistic and grammatical  elements which I would like to work on.
