Like the gym, writing early morning means the workout session. It is known as the mental factory. It enables you to think beyond the common routine, imagine beyond the assumptions, and collect the ideas as well as creativity. It is like sweeping the mind as the sweeper does. The way he cleans the area, brings the beauty in it. The same way this mental activity will do for you. Every day you can do it and have a sense of joy. It is an onset with asking yourself about daily experience and observation. Further you can pen down your feeling positive or negative. Even you can ask yourself, “What did I learn from yesterday?” Sometime the mind gathers lots of questions, doubts, and suggestions while going through it. In order to answer them, you have to be ready to go through it. Simultaneously you will relieve your feeling easily. You will also become authentic and a man of integrity to yourself. Slowly this will make you relaxed and energetic. Therefore it is called as the mental activity. It offers lots of brainstorming task and clears lots of fuss.
By and large you get a clear picture of your goal and easily realize the commitment level. Otherwise everybody is habituated to pelt dirt over others. But it is immensely good and outstanding activity. For, lots of creativity and innovation flow through the mind. These can help you during problem solving task. Sometime you gain the improvement in communication and presentation skills. Excellent way it is seen in your action, words, and result.
Further you train yourself to be patient, positive, and realistic by doing this activity every day. In next couple of days you can consciously avoid the mistake and shift your focus upon the productive skills. These may be: communication, presentation, convincing, body language, and most important your perception.   By and by you are bound to change self; automatically others can also change on seeing you as the change factor.
Mentally you will become thoughtful and a man of realization. You can fix also your error parts and avoid grumbling, fighting, and much more complaining. You, by that time, get the clear picture of your life mission, commitment, and authenticity. These can leave an impact upon your profession as well as personal life.
