Change Factor in the education field

Change factor in the education field because of Corona Pandemic.

Last week, I was with my nephew at his school for the submission of his annual exam papers. His class teacher smiled at us when he was about to hand over the answer sheets to the teacher.

 Within a moment, the teacher applauded his efforts while going through the papers. On the other hand, I became glad when I observed that the teacher had changed. Earlier the students used to write exam under the supervision of the teachers. At that time, they always became angry when any student talked with others or looked back. During the three hours, they were watching strictly over the students’ activity. Further, they commented that the students should not talk or cheat while writing the exam.

But now the scenario has changed due to the Corona pandemic, the teachers started believing more and feeling confident about their students.

Such confidence and belief are required in every field.

Don’t you think such change is necessary for the other side of life?
