    My teaching techniques for English language learners.     What works in one place doesn’t necessarily help at other side. That is true for teaching and learning at schools and colleges. There are certain reasons such as students' level, their family background, atmosphere, social activities, discipline and awareness factors etc. However, a teacher has to take his techniques based on his experience and observations to the class. So that he can change it from time to time. Being a learner, I jotted down some ideas for my teaching profession. At this stage, I feel that these are to be changed in the course of teaching and learning. 1) Icebreakers:- As soon as I enter the class, I try to use some ideas to make my class fresh, energetic and attentive. Maybe small activities such as a hand up, closing your eyes, taking deep breaths, rolling your hands, moving your body, clapping, touching your forehead, gargling and so on. That prepares my students for learning a language. S

  This year's development at the personal and professional level so far…..! Nowadays, I am going through a tough time that I never hoped to, but I am bound to face it with courage and purpose. It is related to my personal and professional life. But, I visualize what a bright future will take place as I am very firm in my actions and planning. I want to share with you all that I have found a soul mate for me, and she is a very nice person by nature and professionally too. I have shared everything with her so that she can trust me too. Up to now, I have met her and her children along with her family twice. That’s why, I feel that I am very fortunate to have her as such a good partner. Further, I am very committed to her and my future. However, I faced some challenges in creating this relationship. Ultimately, I accepted the setbacks and challenges. I have been working on it and feeling confident since the first day, that I will succeed in it. That’s why, I keep open communicati

  Live your life with interest and passion. Life is a good place if we have interest and passion. Once we develop interest and passion, then everything becomes interesting and passionate. Otherwise, all appears dull. That’s why, we have to understand that we are responsible for such life. For that, we have to create such a life and live it happily and satisfactorily. So, we need to do very simple things in day-to-day life. We can keep smiling, caring, thanking, sharing, helping nature and listening to others attentively and properly. We can start from family to outside, we treat others lovingly like our family members and speak in such a way that they feel at home while talking and listening. Further, we can share our lunch box with others and offer them so that we can draw happiness. Simply, we can offer thanks to others for small help and something without any bias.     My friend taught me a life lesson and became my guru. Last Sunday I went to visit my friend’s house along with my family as well as a close friend. We had been talking for a month. So, we both decided to come to a family meeting. As per plan and pre-talk, we were on that day for purpose. It was a beautiful meeting at the beginning and had lots of chat related to general things. Before that meeting, my both sisters talked with my friend over a call. So, it seemed to be well for us. As soon as we finished our lunch, the entire family sat together to share each other’s family stories. My parents started talking with my friend and asking some related questions her. That time, the situation seemed to be tense to me as I kept in mind that my parents and my friend had at least some light conversations which could lead to some fruitful results. In past, I believed in most of people, some of them deceived me in some other way or any ather way. So, I didn't look back but I feel that I am ahead of them to some extent.       But now I believe in others blindly and unquestionably. Because I have developed Belief factor in me. That helps me all the time. When I remembered earlier days of my life, so I immediately sensed something about my reaction part which was firm in my life. That’s why, I suffered at some extent. Now I keep quite whenever somebody Blames or find fault with me.  Further, I smile at me and think of forgiving them and automatically my mind starts to pray for them and their wellbeing. Life is full of good people and objects. It is said that life is full of good people and objects, but it depends upon the person who has to look for such goodness. As it happened with me, some days back, one of my friends Mr Dipesh Patel said that he arranged some students for my spoken English batch for next year. He said to me without any selfishness. Even I asked him for anything to be given. Then he replied that he wanted nothing from me. He just believed in helping me and was very happy. I was gone into deep thought. That was very good as well as positive for me. Another wonderful incident happened on Saturday evening. I went to the garden for a walk. There, I came across my friend Mr Sandip Sharma, who is also an expert in spoken English, offered me a cup of tea and had a very loving conversations with me.   My mind blog nowadays….. I know there are certain problems such as convincing my parents for my marriage, managing finances, trying to my best for my life partner, and controlling my mind conflict. Sometimes I feel that I have to run away and sit quietly for some years. On the other hand, my authenticity and integrity don’t allow doing this. However, I must go ahead with my firm decision and try to prove my stand. This is also a chance to grow and build better life. Further, I don’t need to look for any negative and chaos. But I have to look for positive and possibilities in the communication. That’s why, I must work on my core skills such as strong communication, well presentation, writing meaningfully and mental health. Similarly, I like to go ahead with positive mindset and try to develop positive outlook towards life and career. Slowly and gradually, everything will take place well and proper. So, I don’t want to keep any prejudices as well as preoccupied things. I know tha

 Two mindsets are like Tom and Jerry! Two mindsets are noticed everywhere. The first one is fixed mindset,  second is growth mindset. They are interconnected with each other. Fixed mindset always obstructs second one but a man with second one becomes a conscious of situation, and try to apply his thoughts in sake of getting better results. On the other hand, the first one idly sits and starts blaming, hurling and keeps prejudices.  That's why, the second one is always interrupted by the first one.
