Upgrade and Update for the future!

After Corona, the school began regular, and the students started attending school. In the beginning, everything was well, but they behaved mischievously. They created chaos not only for other teachers but also for me.  We, teachers, had the same view that they were not in the mood of listening and became grown-up. So they didn’t listen to us. However, they didn’t correct themselves after clear instructions.

Every day the teachers faced that problem severely. Further, we became strict as well as disciplined towards them. Still, there was not a change among them. So every teacher had a set of questions to ask. Somewhat we put a blame factor, negativity and finding a fault.

In the end, I went into deep thought and realised that I, as a teacher, failed to bring creativity and innovative ideas. The situation demanded that the teachers should upgrade and update anyhow. For, it is related to the future of the children, society and the country.

If upgrade and update don’t take place, the teachers will be out of sight. The message would be clearly in such a problem.
