Nowadays, lots of ideas and thoughts are running through my mind. Even my mind instigates me to do something extra. Besides this, I started reading a book titled “Ikigai”. The book offers many good, positive, and soothing points. So, I can prepare myself for the future. That is my recent goal. Before that, I began a book by Ruskin Bond, full of vivid descriptions of the Himalayan Mountains and the slopes where the writer spent his childhood. The book has a rich vocabulary and the way he described the nature, surroundings, and forest. It is indeed worthwhile to learn from the book. It helps me in speaking as well as writing a blog.
Yesterday, I learnt not to keep any assumptions about anyone or anything. Because it drags the mind into conflict and a fight mood. Further, it misleads a man and creates doubt in strengthening negativity. That’s why I must be aware of such a mind game. I should develop mindfulness so that I can connect easily with my life purpose.
Next, I got on how I search my Ikigai for living longer, healthier and happier. I am really happy to go through such a book. The most important point is that I read the book while conducting my spoken English at school. That is indeed a well-spent activity. Last few days or week, I have not been concentrating on my blog writing, either I deliberately write something else or spend my valuable time here and there. Besides, I don’t find a topic for my writing development. Mind plays a significant role in diverting me by bringing up past and some mental issues of the family. It is fantastic to reconnect with my goals, and also challenging for me to revitalise.
Let me see and go ahead in my mission of a healthy, peaceful mind and financial stable.
