Creativity and career!

                                                      On creativity and career
              creativity means something new,done differently, created newly or done innovatively. It is something which happens every moment ,but we are not inclined to observe it. otherwise it takes place fully around us. It only demands That the person has to stabilize his mind and observe things carefully. He may think over these and has a questions about how or why it is. In a short we can say  that creativity is about creating new thing and doing it differently. Sometime it can be done  by the person with fun. It turns out be to some excitement ,curiosity and imagination. That’s why the creativity is everywhere  but it depends upon the person’s ability and sense of identification.

                 It is an important in every field. Especially it is pivotal in education field. Without it , the education field has nothing to offer. Education sector adopts it in sake of nurturing the young mind and shape them. Education offers it in view of developing  the livelihood as well as career. By doing it, the career is flourished. That’s why it is placed on the top of education. From every domain . it is given a vital role to develop the learners. But there are still problem for the teachers who are not creative in their approach. Something they present it old fashioned or traditional way. That’s why creative is missing from the class. There are rules and regulations which hampers to the creativity and career. It becomes the barrier for the development of the learners. So it requires a lot of research and study deeply . the educational institutions sometime put a lot of restrictions on the students as well as the teachers. Then They become the habituated  with the system or discipline and never see the creativity around them. That’s why nowadays the post graduate , engineers and professional people face to get the desired career. By the time they succumb to situation and lose their own creativity. Ultimate the question is arisen who to be responsible for this? Still it requires a lot of suggestions and studies etc.

                   Generally we human being see a lot of creativity around us. Sometime a child gets up and looks around, slowly he listens to the sounds of birds and  starts talking with these birds, sometime pre-primary teacher brings a good activity in the class and the small children do it funnily . then slowly it creates creativity in them. They enjoy it and become happy. That’s why it is said that it begets happiness as well as excitement. It leads them to do things creatively. At the same time they become curious to know what or why from others.

                       Sometime the person does his task differently. That is also called creative. For that, he needs to observe his surrounding closely and carefully. He also keeps himself free from mental disturbances. He should have clear mind set and think clearly. That person can see it everywhere and anywhere. He knows that the world is full of it.

                  When we think of cinema. It is fully covered with creativity as well as innovative by the Bollywood. These schools of Bollywood and cinema house give a lot of it to the public.Therefore they enjoy it and become happy. They even wait for a particular movie because of creative  director and actor. We have such a number of examples like 3 idiots, Munnabhai M.B.B.S, Taare Jamin Par etc.

                              As we know that creativity is an importance place in our school system. But there are still barrier to bring it in the life. So it is needed to have a list of these barriers . At least we must identify them and try to solve. The person doesn’t perform creatively due to internal and external barriers. Therefore firstly we have to fix them and try to get rid of them by applying some solutions. Let us have a look at them one by one.

1)      Strict rules and regulations of the institution

2)      Unclear planning and uncertain execution

3)      Not proper goal and planning to execute

4)      Certain mental and physical barriers-like doubt , arrogant nature and stubborn mind.

5)      Too much expectation from other side and blame throwing

6)      Not ready to become responsible towards the task

7)      Always keep an excuse

8)      Showing self-pity to others.

9)      Not proper structure or action accordingly.

10)   Living either in past or future.

11)   Instability in mind and complexity.

12)   Lack of curiosity and eagerness.

                    These are stated hereby , but there are still more barriers. Once it is fixed or identified , then it will be solved out. Slowly and gradually these obstacles can be solved. In course of time, the man can get a lot of benefits. Once he becomes creative. Then he can inspire his surrounding and simultaneously it inspires others . certainly he can get due to his creative work what he desires. So we need to understand the basic things of creative life. There he sparks it in his workplace. Automatically  that becomes a place of creativity.

                              A lot has been said and written about it. But it is seen that each one has a different way of knowing and doing it. So it has different definition for each person. So think creatively!
