Two teachers at the beginning of academic year!

Recently I heard the conversation between the newly appointed teacher and an experienced teacher. I was totally lost in their tete-tete, got shocked how the old as well as the experienced teacher misguided the new teacher. The new teacher has just got his degree and fresh in the education field. slowly and gradually he shapes his mindset by the old one and spoils either himself or the society. ultimate the results can be disastrous and horrible. Love , hope , attachment , trust , positivity , and much more to be lost in the course of the time. First teacher: sir, please don’t be friendly with your students Second teacher: ohh….! But why sir? First teacher: because once you behave friendly with them, then they will never pay attention to you. They will not follow your instructions. And your impression will go down. So be careful and not be friend to them. Second teacher: okay. May be you are right! First teacher: further you speak either loudly or slowly, but they will not be disciplined. Second teacher: thank you for good suggestions. First teacher: welcome, but whenever you need anything from me.
