Do these things for your better life.


Do these ten things during this hopeless lockdown to stay mentally and physically fit.

  1. Don’t react to anything or anyone.
  2. Speak less but listen more.
  3. Don’t sit idly but do everything actively.
  4. Look options in life and try to do it.
  5. Don’t lose temper under any situation. 
  6. Have meditation for 20 to 25 minutes every day.
  7. Always remember, “This will pass too.”
  8. Keep adjustable nature. 
  9. More importantly, bring a smile to others. 
  10. Think that you will get something better.
