On happiness

Happiness is a state of mind, it comes out of good feeling and mood. So we have to train feeling and mood accordingly. But we never realise it, and we lose our temper due to a bad mood. Consequently, happiness seems to be like kangaroo runs after smelling in a desert. Therefore happiness depends upon our mood. The mood comes out of mental satisfaction. Let me share a story with you, one of my friends Sandip Sharma, who is also a Spoken English trainer, always keeps the packets of Parle biscuits. He offers it to unknown people while walking in the garden. Then he looks very happy and satisfied. On asking him about it, he shared with me that he feels good after offering it to unknown or poor people. It means that he makes his feeling good and have a sense of happiness.

In this way, we can also get happiness and keep life better. We can do some social service in the sake of feeling better. We need to think of only help others selflessly. Automatically we can have lots of happiness. We don’t require to spend money on it. But we must understand what our mind tells us about a good feeling. That way we can go for it. Just smile also brings a sense of happiness. At least we can have it without cost. Further, we can prepare a list of activities. These will fill our lives with happiness. It is said,

"Happiness is a gift by God. And we need to maintain it to be our priority."
