Kindness and helping matter!

Kindness and helping matter!

Jenish was orphan and worked at the famous hotel after schooling. Since childhood, he was kind and helpful by nature. Everyone liked him and kept rapport with him. Therefore he got the job at the hotel comfortably.

Within the week, he proved himself a valuable employee of the hotel. He always offered respect and smile not only the customer but also colleagues. Since the joining, he kept a good relationship with the customers. They even liked and appreciated his demeanour.

Slowly and gradually he secured top position in the hotel. Further, most of the customers usually talked with him whenever they kept visiting. Though he was just 12 passed man, yet others loved his kindness and helping nature.

Everything was going well for him and others, but that year the hotel and tourism industry faced severe recession. So most of the hotels shut down and relieved their employees. Jenish was also among them, lost the job and thought of the future. He was unsure of getting the job because of his less education.

At first, he searched for it here and there. He didn’t find it. However, he didn’t quit his search. One day, he was at a big corporate house. Over there, he turned up for the job. But he was informed to sit at the sofa. Later on, he was called in and told that he was ineligible for the present post. For that, the candidate should be a graduate. And he was just 12 passed out.

As soon as he left the interview place, noticed by the director of the corporate house on the camera. He immediately dialled to the receptionist and got to know about him. He ordered her to stop the candidate. She called the security guard to stop him. After that, the director called on the panel of the interview and inquired about the post.

One of the panellists said to him, “Post should be offered to the graduate, not 12 passes.” But the director insisted that he had capabilities to handle the job profile. He further said that he knew him personally. The candidate, who was working at the hotel, where he was his customer. They immediately offered him the post. By that time, Jenish was surprised over calling him back to the office. He didn’t understand of retaining the job. But the panellist asked the director why he had selected him for the job.

The director counted his positive qualities in front of them and the staffs. He observed him how he was maintaining the customers at the hotel.  That’s why he selected him without any other qualification but his nature. There everyone got convincing that educational degrees were not required, but the soft skills.  Those traits Jenish had abundantly.
