Using creative ideas in the class.

Language learning seems to be difficult and easy too. It depends on the learner’s ability, exposure, motivation and passion. English or any other language has the same criteria for learning or mastering the language. However, different ideas play a greater role in language learning. Those should be useful for planning and proper use. It may be a simple or difficult one, but still, it can work well. Only the teachers require proper homework as well as a keen observation of the learners. So, what area to be taken for thinking and planning, let’s see them one by one.

Not contact but connection:

Instead of only contacts, connections are firmly required. The teacher has to understand the learners, their abilities, levels, backgrounds and hobbies. Then he should talk with them accordingly. That can help him out in introducing the ideas in the classroom. Both of them are likely to be ready to learn the language.

Gradual approach:

The teachers have to keep a gradual approach to introduce their ideas. So they can note down progress and errors in a diary, and then they can reinvent something better. Otherwise, hurry not only worry but also spoils the learners’ passion to learn the language.

Keep an open-minded attitude:

Traditional methods we use in the class but we become obstinate or rigid in expecting outcomes. Then it tenses the atmosphere of the class and learning language. Moreover, either it stops or spoils the learners’ learning attitude. Consequently, both of them are automatically stuck or give up the ideas for learning. It is better and advisable to keep an open-minded attitude in the class by asking for possibilities and feedback. It opens up both of them for learning. It consolidates their learning abilities. As a result, happiness prevails over there.

Keep sharing experience authentically:     

The institutes and organizations should keep sharing experiences. It must be authentic. It may be positive learning, mistakes and facing hurdles. Over time, they inculcate better learning habits in their day-to-day life. Consequently, they learn firmly and accelerate the tempo of it. Further, sharing can be a caring attitude for the organization. That’s why, keeping a shared experience programme for all is mandatory for development at all levels.

Always mentally ready to face hurdles:

Whenever we apply a new set of ideas in the class. It doesn’t mean that everything will go well and positive. But hurdles crop up in between. So, first acceptance is a must and go for searching possibilities.

                                          To sum up, new creative ideas can be applied at the proper level by taking the above factors. It is said that something is better than nothing while applying these creative ideas.
