My Habits and benefits
My habits are in following lines.
1) Getting up at 5 o clock.
2) Writing blogs every morning such as diary writing, experience
and small stories.
3) Doing walking and light exercise at 6 in the evening.
4) Going to the Narmad Library every Wednesday and Sunday
for reading the newspapers and magazines.
5) Shooting a small video for self-development at the weekend.
6) Sharing a light the nasta with unknown person every
month.
7) Doing households work at home for half an hour every
day.
Positive benefits I have out of my habits.
1) A sense of achievement
2) Listening to others
3) Positive feeling
4) Change perception
5) Fit at mentally and physically.
6) Happiness attitude
7) Trying to adjust with flow of life.
8) Develop a sense of challenging to self.
