We English teachers at Shri Sathya Sai Vidya Niketan organized day on ‘Creative ideas’. It was conducted by some girls of 9 th on 25 July, 2019, Thursday. They named it as ‘We are the idea grabber’. Especially it was organized in order to make the learners thoughtful, creative, and innovative. Not only the learners but also the teachers took part.     Initially these girls prepared a decorated box with the title on it from all sides. It had a small hole and the students were supposed to drop their ideas in. Then they started to take round of 5 to 12 classes. One of them instructed the students that they had to find any idea which could help the school, the society, and the nation. After 10 minutes they had to drop it into the box. Through that activity they could see a change. Even they would feel proud of contributing something to their surroundings. So they had to apply their thinking and imaginative skill. On this passing Monday, I came out of the school premises and looking for any vehicle or any means of transport to bus station. As it was my daily routine, so I was waiting for. Little bit I was tired, feeling sweat, and perspired too. At that time a car came and stopped at my side after I had asked for the lift. A driver of that car inquired me where to go. Then he allowed me to step in after telling him. By and large our conversation began and we became friend after awhile. He was an owner of the big factory. He switched the air conditioner on after seeing me while driving. I found that he was generously talking with me. Though he was the owner of Laxmi Food Products, Navsari G.I.D.C yet he was very humble in his nature. At a time I was really happy to see him as if he was my childhood friend.                       His name was Mr. Nilesh bhai Shah. Further he expressed happily about business and growth.                                                          An old lady and her power ! The following story was shared by my trainer Mr Bhaskaran who was working at Dr Reddy's foundation when I joined. Still the story inspires me.                                                Once upon a time, there lived a family. There were four members in it. An old lady with her son, daughter in law and a grandson were there. They were a happy family. Their house was at a corner of the village near the highway. The old lady was very weak. She was too difficult to walk and talk. But she loved her grandson much who was a year by age. So both played and spent the time together. She hardly lived without her grandson.                     One fine morning, both her son and daughter in law left for the farmhouse. It is always confusion over who is a learner or teacher. Everybody likes to become the teacher in his own way. Then he teaches, advises, suggests, and scolds others. It happens in the Indian society, even people feel proud and satisfied after guiding or scolding others. That is a picture we see everywhere.                   On the Guru Purnima day, I was scolded and inquired by my younger sister about something. Later on, my dad also did it and I was caught between two things. These were suggestions, scolding or learning for me. That day I had a call from my friend, who teaches communication skill at the college level, regarding wishing me on the Guru Purnima. I shared my dilemma with him and further said that I always got suggestions, scolding, and advice by the family members and others. But I liked to listen to them without losing temper. In this course, the learners and the teachers will become the creative as well as the innovative. Nowadays these are somewhat missing from the school and the daily routine. Even the school system keeps the mechanical learning and creates the students who are lack of thinking, observation, enthusiasm, innovative, and positive attitude. That’s why they feel the stress, pressure, and depressed. They are not seen the passionate and the challengers. Ultimate we people either blame the education or the schools and its teachers. But we as teachers need to observe whether they are passionate or not in day to day life. Even we have to notice about their interest and hobbies. In daily life, they are not happy to study and seen that they take tension while studying. So this project will enable them to become the passionate after 21 days and engage them in creative work at the school and home. Automatically it makes them interested, happy, and challengers.              Since 2015 I had been working at V N Godhani English School. Recently I resigned there in the sake of joining another organization. But I carry good rapport of the whole school with me after spending 3 and a half years there. Especially I call the Godhani School as my own family. I learnt lots of ethics there and also got due respect, recognition, and family bonding. From the management to the masis, I was always given respect. All of them treated me emotionally and lovingly. So it was quite hard to leave them, but I had some other responsibilities to complete. That’s why I took the hard decision of leaving the Godhani School. However, I carry lots of memories.             This school, in my life, was a place for my professional development. I enhanced my skills over there. The story told by my guru Prof.B. P Jadhav sir  still inspires me a lot. I always share the following story with the students.  Once there was a family at the village. In the family, three members lived. A husband and wife lived including a blind son. They were very happy and contended. The son was blind, yet very talented boy. One fine morning he asked his father while playing in the home, “Father, I want to become a doctor.” “Yes, you can, my son.” answered by his father. At that moment the mother interrupted, “son, how can you become a doctor." But the father came in between and said, “Don’t worry, let him try.” The same thing happened the following day. After some years, the boy passed out with good grade in the science and both decided to go for medical admission. They went to city and filled the medical forms at 11 colleges. Since last three days I have not been in touch with the daily diary writing and checking the monthly test papers. On Wednesday I finished that work and look forward to having the challenging work. Simultaneously I planned out the English Proficiency day on 5 July, 2019, Friday. In that we kept the Test paper of 50 marks, speech, jokes, and story. In order to make the learners fluent in English and outspoken we have organised that day. We try to provide an exposure of English language for the students. Sometime we never think of these small activities which can help them in the day to day life. Further I will leave the present workplace and go to another organisation. So I want to work out for that institute and try my best for it. It is not enough to think, but take proper planning on the paper and mention the execution of it.
