Donate joy and pleasure!

Donate joy and pleasure!                It was very cold weather today. So the people were in the sweater. As a routine, I came to the bus station to catch a bus. Seeing the people wore warm clothes and some of them had a hot drink at the tea stall. They enjoyed sipping it slowly.                         After some time, the bus came on the platform. I took a seat nearby the driver. On my opposite, there was a couple with their small daughter. She was 7 years. She sat by the window and opened it half. So there was a cold wind coming out of the window. It made us vibrating. But she was playing and telling her dad something about outside.                                 But other passengers looked at her and requested the passenger next to her to close the window. So as they including me would not feel cold. At a time, I observed her play, dream, imagine and have an art of description. She described outside of the bus and enjoyed it. She shouted and

Vice versa!

At village school, there was a team of inspection to visit. So they were taking a round of the school. But the management planned and tried to manage it.                          The inspector and team were on around. They visited each class and asked every teacher about the students as well as their development. At that time the management explained it to the team. Simultaneously the teacher also spoke.                               In this way, they seemed to be happy. They were in the last class visit. There a newly appointed teacher joined last week. He was teaching and also beating some of the students. As soon as the team reached there, the whole class was quiet and attentive.                                       The inspector and his team greeted the class. Then he questioned the teacher how the class was going on. At first, he was perplexed and said nothing. He somewhat looked confused. However one of the team members again interrogated him what t

The only commitment counts!

The only commitment counts!             Once there was a meeting at my school. It was held after lunch. Consequently, I felt very sleepy and yawning. But I controlled it and paid attention to the meeting. It was conducted by the principal.                          At first, I thought that it was general. Slowly everybody was asked about the assignments and updates. One by one the teachers either put an excuse or asked for the extra time. But I made everyone shocked when my turn came and replied to the principal. It was about the magazine update.                              He questioned me when I would complete it and its deadline. I answered him politely that I would complete it by the first week of the next month. Further, he asked me what I would do if I had not completed it. I unresistingly stated that I would resign from my post without any argument or complaint. He became delighted to hear me. On the other hand, one of my colleagues

Today and Yesterday of You, Mother!

Today and Yesterday of You, Mother! Mother, I regrettably express, Earlier united over the policy, Today divided. We were ready to die for you, But now cry for the rights! Early thought what we do for you, Now what you do for us. Mother, I share the feeling, Today and yesterday of you, mother! We were full of emotions for you, But today full of indifference. Asking, Are we called Son or gunman, Civilized or rebellious, Of you? Mother, your children expose the reality Today and yesterday of you, mother!

A little saint.

A little saint.           On the outskirts of the village, there was an Ashram surrounded with the hills. It was on the green lush land and beautifully maintained by the saint as well as his devotees. There was always a crowd to seek a piece of advice.                         There the philosophies of the great saints were practised. Especially, love and care were preached by the saint.  He always advised the people to love, care, and not to do the sinful act. Sometimes the people used to live the night and spend time with the saint. Under his guidance, they liked to work. Further, he and his devotees were on the mission of social service. Therefore the ashram got name and fame. The donations also poured in and it was being used for the welfare of all.Despite such donations and the fame, he was constantly worried over his future heir and caretaker of the Ashram. He never shared it with anybody. Hoping he would have him in

Early days of my writing work!

I started writing practice early morning some years back. As my teachers said to me that I would have to do it early morning. So I followed their instruction seriously. The onset of it, I didn’t know where to start and what to write. It was puzzling as well as painstaking task.                       Every morning I was having it as soon as I took my cup of tea. At my home, everybody was surprised over my waking and writing. As it disturbed them and their sound sleep. Most of the time they started asking and complaining to me about why I was waking up early morning. They often inquired me what I was doing. Somehow I justified my daily task as creative work. But it didn’t satisfy their inquiring mind.                           On one fine morning, mother asked my sister what I had been doing these days. She immediately replied to her that he had been writing the daily routine. Mother didn’t get it. So she again put it by asking what it meant. Sister told her what time he would get up

The witchcraft woman.

The witchcraft woman. On Saturday evening, as soon as I reached home at 6 o clock. On seeing a crowd of the women at the back of my home, I became curious to know why they were there and there was the chaos. As if the serious had happened.                           As I became fresh up and went there. Shockingly I saw that one of the women was crying over something serious.   Out of curiosity, I asked my family members about it. my mother informed that her thirty thousand was stolen at noontime when she was at the workplace. Over it, she cried while asking her landlady of who had come and was seen nearby her house. There she was living on the rent. But the landlady told that nobody had come during that time. All of them began suspecting who the thief was. She was asked by a few women whether anyone knew about thirty thousand. She replied that she didn’t share it with anybody. Last night she got a salary; it might be leaked to nearby people. All of them

Be a companion to the child at the time of the exam.

After Makar Sankranti vacation, the students of the residential school were getting back to the hostel. I was just present there and observed. Some of the parents left their children crying and emotionally. Few parents motivated their kids by hugging and using motivating words. At the same time, I also tried to remember what and how my parents see me off at the hostel. Everywhere I saw a rush of the parents and their kids. But there was one of the parents who tried to convince their child. He was studying in 12science and was about to appear for the board exam. The mother just said to him, “Study well so that you can score well in the board exam.” He was looking down with nodding head. After a few minutes, the father also exclaimed, “Study for 6 to 7 hours every day.”    Even his sister was telling something about the exam. Later on, they went away and the child was left at the hostel. Perhaps he didn’t say yes or no to his parents. Then I just tried to recall what the parents say

These five words can turn your simple life into a result-oriented one!

These five words can turn your simple life into a result-oriented one! 1)      Thought : Plant the seeds of thought into your goal. You need to think of what you want to achieve, change, and offer to the society. In spite of the difficulties, you have to put your flow of thought which can inspire you to take action towards the result. It is said, “You think that you become.” 2)      Feeling: After putting your thought into the goal, you need to have feelings of those thoughts which you have already put into it. You just need to have a feeling of already achieving in your life. It will automatically change your perception towards your goal.    The feeling is key to play a greater role in shaping your life. Either positive or negative you have a feeling, it reflects your character. 3)      Behave: As soon as you have a feeling of already achieved something, you need to behave like that, So as you likely will receive the respect, value, and attention in the society

The Makar Sankranti - a festival of unity.

We know that India is a land of festivals. Every festival has a specific message and purpose. That shows unity, equality, and brotherhood. In that, Makarsankrati is also such festival which brings the people together and teaches them a lesson of love, unity, and brotherhood.                      On Makar Sankranti day, I observed that all people paid a visit to others including the relatives, friends, and the enemies too. When they visited others, at a time they offer the sesame and groundnut ladoo to them by wishing in Marathi, “Til gud ghya ani god god bola ( तीळ गुड घ्या आणि गोड गोड बोला). ” It meant that they had to take the sesame or groundnut with jaggery sweet and speak well of others.                               Even the people who were not good by nature, they were also paid a visit by their relatives, friends, and enemies. In our relative circle, there was a family which always argued with others. It created lots of enemies around, but that day the family was visited

One day workshop on 'Make Your English Better.'

One day workshop on ‘Make Your English Better’ was organized by UME School. It was on the 15th of January 2020. It was an entirely creative and interactive workshop for the students. There were about 46 students participated in it. It was started at 8.15 and ended at 12.10. It was begun with my introduction by Mr Arjun Patil, the principal of the school. Slowly I introduced warm activity and went for ‘Two truths and one lie’ activity. It motivated the students to speak and identify the lie of their friends. Then ‘the name game and their friend’s introduction’ were taken for their interaction and participation. It was very good for their total involvement. After the recess, I brought a balloon and newspaper activity. It helped them get confidence and leadership skill. They enjoyed that activity much. Finally, the group activity was taken for them and the presentation was done on different topics such as ‘Water, Environment, Trees, Food, and Health.’ In which they presented variou

Prompt for story writing-2

An old man, who was arrogant and egoist , was known for his stubborn nature at the home and the society. He was a man of isolated due to his demeanour. Once travelled in a train and busy in the newspaper, suddenly other passengers politely offered some biscuits and tea with a broad smile. That became a landmark for him; it changed him too on seeing unknown passenger offering the biscuits and tea to all selflessly. After that, once arrogant addressed by all, became a saint of that area and strived to spread humanity to the world. Later on, he became an ideal for the whole country.  A group of the students were at the funeral of their warden, whom they endlessly harassed and maddened him. But that day brought a series of memories and made them cry. They became emotional and sensitive to their warden. On their realization, they decided to offer help to his family and try to erase their torturing feelings. Later on, they became the adopted son of the warden. How it made them be the

Listening activity for the learners.

Firstly, listen to your back of the head what it tells to you. You either share or write it. Then get it what it wanted telling you throughout life or a day.                  Simultaneously, you can listen to others and connect with their feeling. It can help you to release your negative feeling if it is.                                   Then this can help you to visualize positive and full of energy in your mind. Slowly, it becomes a reality of your life and makes the miracles flowing into life.                           It becomes a part and parcel of your daily routine. Positive visualization will make you bold at doing the routine. Further, it can take you at a higher level of thinking, decision, and progress.             This is a simple activity of listening to your back of the head and sharing it with others authentically.                It can make you better to deal with daily chaos. Even the clutter and chaos of the mind will be cleared.

Life of rule or freedom!

It just happened with me when I asked the child of the relative to eat eggs. But the family became furious and started to appal me not ask next time. The entire family became tensed. I tried to convince them that there was not such big blunder to have an egg. But they refused to agree with me. One of them shot me back by saying that the family didn’t take non-veg. They followed the tradition of pure vegetarian.                         When I left the topic, at that time they were seen that as if I had broken their rule. They showed their orthodox view. They were even ready to fight with me. They warned me not discuss such things.                    Sometimes the man forgot that there was not any such rule to enjoy the precious life. Otherwise, it is wasted life for the person to bind himself with a strict rule.                                            ‘No rule but joy is a mantra of life.’ Otherwise, the person takes much tension of his time table. Then he is

A meeting of failure students at school or institute.

What is the difference between failure and success? One is appreciated and other is rejected by society. But who teaches the best lesson? Let’s think what best lesson can we gain out of these both? The success provides happiness and a sense of achievement, but the world best learning is thrown by the failure. So the school can take an initiative of calling its former students who failed at the beginning of their career. It can offer the best learning to the students of the higher classes.                                        It can be practical, handy, live one, current, and insightful to them by the failure students. It is not available in the curriculum. But the former students can show what is working and not. It can help the higher classes to cope with future challenges. It can prove an exact solution and outcome-based. Further, it can connect to their future career. They both can exchange ideas and keep a practical approach. Even the present student will be aware of the facts

Live each moment!

Image
Live by each moment, you will have a heavenly feeling. But how? That requires lots of clear thought and conception. It means that we have to live by duty and a presence of mind. Asking self what is my duty now? The answer comes with clarity. It brings a joy of the moment. Then, each moment will be full of joy, happiness, celebration, and much more if you think. Still, it is out of the sight, so look at a small child and his innocent face, full of smiles and fully living each moment. It is a request to glance at a flow of running water and the brook which flows noisily and enjoys its journey without any grumbling and complaining. It tries to teach us how to live in a moment and move on without a halt.                              Further, look at the sun which constantly moves ahead. It rises and sets on time. It never keeps any other thought except the duty. The duty becomes the beauty of its journey. It enjoys its routine and tolerates ev

Good or Bad omen!

Yesterday I was travelling to some other area of the city by an auto-rickshaw. At a moment I called a person to whom to be met. At once, the auto driver halted his auto on the road. At first, I thought that the passenger would get down there.                    But nobody got down and came in. there was no one standing; the driver told that the black cat crossed just the road. He was waiting for someone to cross it. Then he would drive it ahead. Another passenger asked him why he had halted the auto. His reply was shocking to me. He said,  “This is a bad omen, Babuji.”                     At that time, I responded that the same black cat was a good omen to Japanese people. Later on, he drove it on.                        But, strangely, that the two countries are on the same earth, having two different points of good and bad omen on the black cat. Though we live in the age of technology and science inventions yet believe in such blind belief.     Is

The animals are great teachers!

In early cold morning, I saw out of the bus window four dogs running and playing after one another lovingly. One had something in its mouth. Others followed it in the whole ground and jumped over it. They were doing with love and attachment. It seemed to me that they were teaching us how to live life.                          It was an immensely beautiful scene of the morning. It was full of loving and brotherhood act. For them, life was full of enjoyment and tranquillity. At the same place, there were few people away from that ground around the fire. They were busy in talk and worried about their daily life.                           On the other hand, we the passengers sitting in the bus sleepy and busy in the mobile chatting. That way we kept wasting our lives.                                                                 But these mute animals enjoyed their morning in such a way that life was full of joy and happy for them. For that, they did not care about home, money, job,

The meeting with fun!

On last working day of December 2019, we teachers had a meeting with the school administrator. It had an agenda of PA-3 results and indiscipline issues. In it, there was a conversation between the Hindi teacher and the administrator over the failures. It seemed to be a funny and hilarious one. Administrator: Sir, why do these students fail in your subject? Teacher: Sir, they always make mischief in the class. They are very indiscipline and create chaos. Administrator: Sir, you can pressurize them by assigning extra homework and call them out for counselling. Teacher: They don’t listen and pay attention to the assignment. Administrator: Sir, what to do then? Teacher: Sir, we can call their parents and inform them about their discipline issues. Administrator: But that is not required at this moment. Better you can sit with the class teacher of that class and try to sort it out. Teacher: Sir……………… All teachers: (looking at him and laughing) ha ha ha ha…………. Administ
