Gandhiji and his diary writing

         Gandhiji and his diary writing

                          By Haridas Patil

Once Mahatma Gandhiji was travelling by train in South Africa. At that time, being black and Indian he was thrown out on a running train by some British soldiers. But Gandhiji went to the root cause of the incident instead of grumbling, complaining and fighting.

It happened because of his daily diary writing, he got a realization that he should understand the problem first and start his mission. By that time, he developed his thinking and problem-solving skill well. He showed a sense of maturity and understanding before the world.

This incident displays that everyday writing has long-lasting benefits to the human being.
