Non-reaction required!

Image
Non-reaction required! Reaction plays a big role in creating a not only problem but also spoiling relation. It is also called a damaging part for human beings. No one understands what he speaks with others while reacting. Not only personal but also professional bonds are on a damaging level. It further impacts over body and mind. Instead, interaction is required to handle the communication and relation parts. Nowadays, it has increased at social and professional levels. Sometimes it completely stops the further progress of society. That’s why it is pivotal to understand it and use it. On every petty issue, the people react arrogantly and violently at others. It even turns out major fallouts among them. Later on, lots of suspicion and argument breeds and blocks the relation. Therefore, it is better not to react but interact consciously with others. Once we keep a non-reaction attitude towards others. At least we can keep healthy interaction. It even brings out a change factor

Comparing attitude

Comparing attitude Let me share three different stories on Comparing. We will get how the use of the word ‘Compare’ spoils the talents and intellectuals of the human. At school, Satish is a clever boy in the class. He is always compared with others by the teachers.   Among the students, Vishal and Ajay often feel guilty, tortured and insulted whenever any teacher compared them with Satish by telling them that they should learn from him. So, they always think of a solution to this compering aspect. As result, they never concentrate on their studies but taking revenge. Later on, they both become loafer and kill Satish. In the end, they exposed how they were feeling insulted and tortured when the teacher compared them with him. Another story, in the corporate sector a manager often keep comparing Santosh and Anita with result-oriented Amit. Further, he asks them to learn from them. Sometimes, the manager insults them in a meeting by telling them that they need to become lik

The following points become the barriers to a successful career.

Sometimes the following points become the barriers to a successful career. 1)   We always think that we have done a lot for others. And we are not ready to give up that thought. 2)   We always look for appreciation and recognition. 3)   We always feel emotionally humiliated whenever serious feedback or strict suggestions are offered. 4)   If any hard thing happens with us, we will keep blaming and complaining instead of becoming challenging. 5)   We always imagine negativity onset whenever we have a new task on hand. 6)   We always look for other’s help and inspiration instead of self-help or motivation. 7)   We are too much dependent upon outside resources and assistants. 8)   We are not ready to keep workouts on the task before starting it. 9)   We become habituated to looking at other’s part instead of our part. 10)                  We always live in a shell of our created world. And we don’t leave it.

Nowadays...............!

Nowadays, I am feeling jealous of my brother. Next month, he gets married and settles down. I automatically compare my career with him and always find fault internally with me. That’s why I feel stressed and irritated all the time. Even I lose my temper on petty matters.                          For a long time, I have been going through this clutter. Further, I feel cheated by others and my family members. I don’t get clear ideas of moving ahead. Sometimes my parents start comparing with other boys who are not much educated, but they settled down. Early morning, my mother beckons it to me by referring to the examples of others.                         On the other hand, I keep telling myself that I will leave everything after some time, which means after my brother’s marriage. I am surprised by this clutter and how things are taking place where I feel internal that I blame others and my family.                              Casually, I leave my com

Hoardings?

Hoardings- Negative or Positive?                  Sometime back, I was going to home tuition at some other area of the city. Seeing a huge hoarding put by the municipal corporation while going. It reads,                                    “If you have a stomach problem, fatigue, headache, and cough. You need to check for the Coronavirus report.”                   As soon as I read, felt doubtful that I had all these symptoms. Psychologically I came under pressure and stopped there. Then I called my family doctor. He talked with me and removed all my doubts. Further, I came across several hoardings on the way. I thought deeply about how these hoardings fell an impact on other beings.                  Later on, I remembered a short story ‘Symptoms’ written by J K Jerome, in the story, he read the health and its symptoms book at the British Library. Similarly, he faced problems that I had doubted.   Somehow I gathered my confidence and moved ahead. But I had some questions,
