Comparing attitude

 Comparing attitude

Let me share three different stories on Comparing. We will get how the use of the word ‘Compare’ spoils the talents and intellectuals of the human.

At school, Satish is a clever boy in the class. He is always compared with others by the teachers.  Among the students, Vishal and Ajay often feel guilty, tortured and insulted whenever any teacher compared them with Satish by telling them that they should learn from him. So, they always think of a solution to this compering aspect. As result, they never concentrate on their studies but taking revenge.

Later on, they both become loafer and kill Satish. In the end, they exposed how they were feeling insulted and tortured when the teacher compared them with him.

Another story, in the corporate sector a manager often keep comparing Santosh and Anita with result-oriented Amit. Further, he asks them to learn from them. Sometimes, the manager insults them in a meeting by telling them that they need to become like him. So as they would achieve the set target by the company. But they don’t get on with him and others. They all the time feel stressed and furious.

Consequently, they never feel to take initiative at the workplace. Even they become mentally disturbed and don’t feel passionate about life and career.

In the upcoming days, they develop the attitude of telling lies, hiding their feeling and mistakes. They forget their learning attitude. Then they become a drunkard.

The third story somewhat is very disturbing. In society, one of the boys becomes good at studies and gets a government job with some facilities. But one of the families always compares their son with him. So the son doesn’t feel secured and happy in life. He never spends most of his time at home, but outside.

Then he becomes a cheater and earns money. One day, he is caught by police and put into a bar. He is sentenced to six years in jail.

These three stories show the use of the word ‘Compare’ spoiling others and their careers. If we people drop it forever, somewhat picture will be different. So let take a pledge that we should not use it or compare anybody with others. But we have to find some other positive points.

One of the famous thinkers says, “Let be ourselves, not others.”

  4. We should not compare anyone with others and if someone compares you with someone then you should take it in positive way. People like santosh and anita, in the story, forget their learning attitude, hiding there feeling and mistakes and sometime they spoils theri precious life for taking revenge after compared with someone. So if anyone compare you with someone you should take it in a positive way.
