Ideas on Happiness.

 


Happiness is very crucial in life, and having it indeed matters a lot. However, it is said that it is a state of mind that conceives it and also deceives us. Several points of life can help us to achieve it somehow.

Let’s see these points step by step, and try to implement them consciously.

-      Always be grateful towards others.

-      Take into account, “What others have done for me.”

-      Write down what good work you have done on that day.

-      Have meditation for half an hour before going to sleep.

-      Take a bath before sleep.

-      Always listen to others first of all.

-      Share your daily work with others authentically.

-      Speak loudly positive affirmations such as, “1) I have a good job and everything to enjoy. 2) My life is good. 3) I am very happy.

-      Do exercise every day.

-      Never compare yourself with others at any point.

-      Always feel good when you meet others.

-      Always find good things in others.

-      Always take responsibility for your work.

-      Never blame anyone but understand them, their level and their problems.

-       Always think of life as a gift and good.

-      Never keep regretting. If you have them, you can share them with your near ones.

-      Listen to your favourite song and sing it loudly whenever you get time.

-      Read motivational books and stories of failed people.

-      Always smile at others when you meet them.

-      Always take everything as a part and parcel of your life.

-      Keep writing your feelings in a daily diary, and read it after doing it.

-      Try to offer your help at your level.

-      Always take into account what happened was good and also what will happen to be good.

-      Always keep writing good points when you listen to others.

-      Talk with your friends every day.

-      Follow your ethics authentically.

-      Be honest with yourself and others.

-      Keep a good mood when you either talk with or meet others.

-      Never judge others.

-      Look positive in each one and everything.

-      Accept your mistakes boldly.

-      Write down your next day's plans before going to sleep.

-      Always do what you like. It is either a job or a skill.

-      Play with small children.

-      Have good hobbies and sharpen them at a regular level.

-      Laugh with others loudly. 

-     Participate any game or competition.

-      Always appreciate the work of others.
