On Communication skills.

You can become a good speaker when you listen with understanding, rather than answering. Whenever you listen to others, try to understand their perspective and what they actually want to convey to you. Consequently, you obviously connect with them.
The saying goes in the right way like this- ‘listening well is the backbone of well-spoken.’
Further, it is better to practise before speaking in an actual situation. It can help you out. It leads the communication in a fruitful and outcome-based way. Secondly. Keeping at writing daily will refine your thought process precisely.  Thirdly, keep reading between the lines on a daily basis, leading to what the message or feeling is to you. Fourthly, accepting others and situations will clarify you in terms of feeling as well as word usage. In a nutshell, you get what exactly you have to communicate well in front of others or with them. Consequently, you come to know solutions; not blame others, be attentive to others, not keep a pre-occupied mindset, and much more.
By keeping the above suggestions, it is even better to keep yourself less spoken and more of a listener. It will create a positive aura around yourself and others. In the future, people will keep you listening and following.
That’s why, before communication, listening skills should be enhanced. Let’s try it out….
