It is said, “ When the going gets tough, the tough get going.” It comes true in sense of Modi Ji as a leader as well as his qualities. There are many leaders in the world but the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is ahead of others. For his action, discipline, ideas, firm decision, communication, vision, engaging others, and much more are always seen through his leadership.

First of all, Modi Ji is a strict follower of discipline in daily routine. He knows that it is a core quality of the leader. Without it, he never puts impression over others. Therefore he follows what he preaches others. Indian masses have seen his discipline during the number of times like earthquake, last year cyclones in eastern coastal areas, Pathankot airbase attack, Note ban, and attack on the military bus. Now we are seeing it in COVID 19 too. That’s why it is a must quality for the leader.

Moving ahead with another integral quality of his leadership, it is full of creative ideas which bind the people at the time of taking the decision. Further, the masses automatically put faith in him. Even his ideas are not only appreciated nationally but also internationally. Recently it is seen the clapping hands, blowing the plates, lighting lamps or flashlight of mobile.  It is for holding the people together with his decision.

Another example is when he declared the Note ban, at that time he applied creative ideas for using technology. It had worked well in his favour and directly controlled the people. Every time he keeps using ideas to convince the masses in his favour. It is seen during crisis and election time. In true sense, he is a man of creative ideas.

Further, Modi Ji is a man of action and firm decision taker. As soon as he comes to know that the action is required for development, he takes it instantly. Recently,  21 days lockdown all over the country was seemed to be quite difficult. But he took it and made everyone to follow his instructions. It required lots of planning and action along with precautions. That is taken by him and proves that it is working well. During the Note ban, he had taken strict action against fraudsters. There are several anecdotes to prove his decision making policy well. Not only Indian but also foreigners admired it.

Well, planning is another quality of Modi Ji. It is seen that he never decides without proper planning. He keeps proper and micro-planning for every decision. He knows that some planning can work or not work. That’s why he keeps substitutes for it. Even he keeps a diary and writes his planning whenever he gets time. Then he elaborates it into details.

Apart from these professional qualities, he has a good habit of listening and asking for suggestions. Every time It is seen that he always mentions in his speech and also on ‘Man ki Baat.’ For that, he shares websites and phone numbers. Directly and indirectly, he involves the people in his mission. It is said, “Listen to all but do own.” He fits in it.

Another superb quality is his communication skill. He always communicates well and meaningful with the people. He keeps it in a short but convincing way. We have seen that he wins the hearts of the people due to it. Importantly he keeps writing and gets its benefits in his oratory skill. Easily he makes others coordinate with him. This quality is admired everywhere.

In this current situation of COVID 19, he does not only handles the country but also powerful countries like America, Brazil, China, and other nations. He brought all these nations on one platform and kept his communication straightforward with them. As a leader, he proved his abilities to handle the entire world.

 At last, his most accolade quality is enthusiasm, he displays it all the time and enables others to be enthusiastic as well as positive. It is seen in his talk, action, and decision.

 Every time, he is criticised all over the nation due to his constant decision and work. But he avoids such criticisms and keeps focus upon the task. However, he brings positivity too among his critics by his ideas. Hence he is loved all over the world.

                 That’s why the country and world look up at him as a beacon of light and guide.
