                                                                                  Life is a meaning-making machine.                            Generally, we make meaning of every object in life. As soon as we look or observe the things we like to make the meaning. That is why it is said that life is a meaning-making machine. then we forget to live, breath, feel and act in life. sometime the person speaks something to which we feel uncomfortable. Then we make the meaning without thinking or realizing. Hence the problem starts and we mess up there with the person. But actually, we don't need to find any meaning in that. if we accept the person as it is. Later on, we can make a good rapport with him.                But we are conditioned in such a way that every time we make it automatically. So it requires careful study and conscious communication. Even we need to develop the habits of accepting the people whether they are negative or positive. Maybe they are successful or failu

                                                                               Recently i punished the boy of 9 A and did it being committed towards his career. But he and his mates created uproar in the school.I was called at the principal for explanation. At that time i excused and really felt guilt. Even i approached that boy and exclaimed the excuse. But he was not in mood in erasing. After school hours, he called his parents at management office and again the principal said sorry on my behalf.But the matter was not subsided, after half hour i was given the message to go the management's office. Over there i was literally telling sorry to that boy as well as his parents. Though i didn't punish with intensity but he created that much. His parents were telling me that they would inform the main trustee to sack me on that spot. Later on i informed the principal about sacking of me. she said that there was not any questioning of leaving. she assured me about the job.        

Day before yesterday i was asked three questions by Reach to Teach Organisation. Those questions is explained just now one by one. I am happy to share with you all. 1) How have you developed and improved your own practice as a teacher since qualifying? : since qualifying i have been learning from my observation as well as experience. Everyday reflect over my class room language , activities and participation of students. Then i note down the observation and try to change my teaching if required. I follow the method of 'reflect ,plan and act'. I mean to say that i like to go through self analysis. Sometime i take feedback from students in writing on ' like and dislike about my teaching. 2)  What do you believe are the most effective ways of helping teachers to develop professionally through training? : I strongly believe in class room activities , language games , group activities , interactive session in the class and much more. These things can be taught to teachers.

                                                     Nowadays i was busy with election duty so i could not write anything , but i get back and start writing task. At this moment i reply to the questions asked by well known organization. That's why i write down in following lines. At first i need to go through the questions Q 1)How have you developed and improved your own practice as a teacher since qualifying? Q 2) What do you believe are the most effective ways of helping teachers to develop professionally through training? Q 3) What skills and abilities do you have to enable you to develop others?                                            These are questions and replying is also hard. Here i want to say that i never ask such hard questions.Because i always believe that it is time consuming and nothing will come out of it. But actually i am wrong in my perception. This will extract my energy as well as thought. At last the sweet fruit will bear and its taste will be good. so

    Change the opinion towards others – A key to happiness !                                                                                                                                It is said that as you saw, you shall reap. The same goes to this statement ‘what we keep the opinion about them as they will appear'. It may be good, bad, positive and negative. That person appears as we think about him. It is also seen that the mind collects the same evidence before us. So to think very careful about others. It is also necessary to keep our words about them as conscious as possible. Sometimes we keep some negative words about them, and they turn up all the time as our words. That’s why it is very significant to change the opinion towards others.                                        Today i submitted my story to Times of India contest. it is open for all and just need of the person's will power to participate.I think that we all need to push ourselves to limit and see what can we do for ourselves. it is not for others but for our development. So i did today and hope that i will have a momentum in this newly born career.But i must be ready to face the challenges which are expected to flow in my way. At that time i have to stand as firm as the possible.                                                                             After that i am going to take a story on relationship between the teacher and his students. In that story the teacher inspired his student in a such way that the student forgot his own handicap.And he brought the smiles to his teacher's face.It means that he worked hard that even the nation paid attention towards his life and struggle. That is a story and indeed is an inspiring. I hope that it

Dear Bhavesh sir,                              Greeting to you! I am very happy to get your letter. It was very candidly and emotionally. It bombarded a lot of praise on all teachers. So I acknowledge that we are thankful. Even it shows that you are very caretaker and down to earth. You mentioned lots about teachers as well as their work. It shows that you are keen at observation. Definitely your letter can boost the confidence of all.                                                           Now I need to add that I do my best in day to day life. It is in areas of teaching new way or bringing new activity. Nowadays I focus on coach able pattern and practical teaching. Though I do my best yet I am not happy with my teaching. Sometime I lag behind in some areas. But hereby I declare that I take full responsibility of my duties. I honour my words and keep it up forever. I am with your mission of taking V.N.Godhani school at pinnacle.                                               

                                      Empower the students !!!                                                Empower the students, is easily expressed by every one of us. But it needs to be studied  a careful illustration and analysis. In a short, it is about to give the confidence and the strength. But the questions to be cropped up in the mind. How and why?  May be some of us state that it is remarkably easy and simple. And it seems to be a common thing. They think that they can bring the empowerment in the learners’ lives by telling motivational stories, positive sentences and the examples of successful people etc. Here we make ourselves wrong. Actually these are good examples and intensely worth listening. But it actually doesn’t work in the lives of the learners. It doesn’t provide a practical application. It seems to be a talk on spiritual or motivational. It gives a story or anecdote. So it is very essential to be shared in the next paragraph. What does empower mean? How do

                                            D lady! A lady who being D catches herself on the earth, Duty is her beauty, but it only candid keeps her. Being serious and concerned she becomes valour, It to be her passion to let it happens by her wish. Calm and warm she is, but duty speaks itself for her than any other, Never shown off by her that hurts her companion.                                                                 Just now she is more than courage Why D is there just live the life of extraordinary and aliveness. Wow what a life, just be there! She makes you feel what the life can offer!!!

                                                         As I conducted the periods at 6 A , 7 A and 7 B over there, I communicated very clearly and straightforward. It was not a cakewalk at first. It was completely different in the areas of connecting the students. But I finished it well. However I need to put the emphasis on the desired result. So I need to plan out many peer, group and other activities for them. Over here ,I have to keep the instructions as clear as the possible.                                   Secondly , I have to note down the structure of the activities. How do I start  ? what do I give the motivations for these activities? How do I aspire the students to come out of their own dilemma ? why do I take myself into consideration that I am the best teacher ? such introspection  questions to be taken into consideration. Then I will have clear result and expect the same from both ways. It is not only students but also myself get long time cherished result.     

Hello dear and near ones,                                    Today i take extra responsibility of my career. Right now i work at school where i extended my help to primary classes. Here i declare that i want to change the system in that area where the people say that teaching to primary is not a cakewalk but hard to bring the desired result.So i say that i take full commitment of their future. I will have to bring a lot of creativity as well as innovative in these classes. I am planning on the based of that theory , that is creativity , entertainment and attachment. through this i am sure to produce the outcome.                                    I know that there are  a lot of difficulties but i will deal with it effectively. This is my word and i will honour it seriously. After a week , i will get feedback from the colleagues and the aspirants. then i will let you know what would happen. But i have that confidence which can boost my moral.                                        

The quality of your life depends on the quality of communication!                             The trend has come that your communication can play a great role. It can show about how is the quality of your life. Hence the clear, concise and straightforward communication matters. It means that you are speaking with others, but with yourself. That indicates so much about you as a person.                                         Those   who are good at the quality of communication. Their lives can be seen as an ideal. Lets take such examples from around world Mahatma Gandhi, Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam, John F. Kennedy and Swami Vivekananda. There is no doubt that there are number of such personalities in the world.At first they communicated very clearly and neatly with others. In this way they led others. They did the miracle in the society. They convinced others as well as the world about their own principles. And we have taken few names of such leaders.                              

Govardhan Mountain !!!                                                         A man of energetic, hardworking, good learner ,an ideal and more than example are none ,but he is Govardhan Jivabhai Navadiya. He comes from a small village of Bhavnagar. Though he is from poor family yet not allows an excuse to overcome his determination. He is a B.SC by the educated. He is a teacher in science and handles crucial experiments at science labs.                                      He has a vast experience of teaching at various institutes. Now he works at V.N.Godhani school.katargam. Presently, he crossed 70 and still teaching as well as working as a young man. He starts his day with a brisk walking for an hour. Then he goes to another school and reports at 10 at V.N.Godhani.   After that he again reaches to another school at 1.                                                  De clutter the mind !!!                                                            As 2 nd Oct was coming near and school was gearing up for various programme in name of Gandhi Jayanti celebration. Exactly before 2 nd Oct , I went to 9 th class as my regular period. At that moment , I got a flash of an idea and decided to do an activity. It was ‘De clutter the mind’. It was based on the principles of Mahatma Gandhi. So I took a chance of that moment and introduced it in front of the class.               At first I exclaimed that whatever they had ill thought or negative feeling about someone. It might be father, mother , friend and any of them. Even if they insulted any of them or hurt their feeling. They had to come forward   and shared their feeling . Ultimately they had to acknowledge that they were wrong or at fault. But at that time , they were gazing at one other. They came top realize that they should have courage to

                                         On creativity!!!!!                                                                              Generally we people use the word ‘creativity’ without its proper meaning. Then we fail to get it. We have a number of questions about it. We even take for granted that it is very easy and common. But it is advisable to define it. The word ‘creativity’ means involving the use of imagination to create something. It means that imagination is to be involved in creating new or something. Simply something to be created with the power of imagination. That is called creativity. Today it is required in each and every field. It is also seen differently with different meaning.                          As soon as we people come to know the meaning of it, but don’t know how to make ourselves to be creative or show our work creatively. Therefore creativity doesn’t take place easily and simply. It happens in a specific condition. It demands positivity, f
