My views on career for today’s students 

1.   You should develop your thinking skill as soon as possible. It is required not only at your government job but also in a family business. It can help you to grow as a successful businessman or employee.

2. You should need to sharpen your ideas box so that you can apply them to your career or business. Every field needs to have new and progressive ideas for either government or the private sector.

3.   You should enhance your communication perfectly and clearly. It can assist you to bring the result into your field. At least you can express your thoughts if you have command of it. It is an integral part of your career and business. 

4.   You should develop a positive attitude for your career. It can help you to grow in your field, also impress others around you. Your job and business depend upon your tendency. That’s why you should get it developed. 

5.   You have to keep the habit of writing every day. It helps you in various areas of your life and career. Further, it makes you optimistic, growing and enthusiastic at your business or workplace. Just keep a small notebook for jotting down your ideas. 

6.   You should enhance your observation and noticing skills in your field or work area as good as possible. It can offer you clear instructions to do or don’t. Further, it helps you change simply and reasonably. 

7.   You should develop the habit of a non-reactive and proactive attitude. Because it gets your work to be done and shows your positive personality to the society and world. 

8.   You should take an interest in social work. It knowingly and unknowingly spreads your views and thought in others. Then it offers lots of opportunity for you. 

9.   You should develop a habit of reading good books. First of all, you have to list them. Then, you can start reading them one by one at a convenient time. While reading them, you have to write your thought as freely as possible about the book.

10.   You should maintain your daily time table for your work and other activity. It helps you productive and innovative in your routine. It even can bring a sense of achievement and happiness to you.
