Recently we had the workshop on 'Enrich Your English'. It was conducted by Dr. Dharmendra sir. The workshop was on Wednesday, 19 Dec 2018.It was designed by him and his assistant Mr. Hasmukh sir. They came early on that day and took cup of tea. Then they planned out of the workshop. After that they went to the auditorium hall and began it by shooting lots of questions to the learners.                                      Dr. Dharmendra sir really worked hard to succeed the workshop and brought lots of innovation in it. He approached the students with positive mind set.He made it very interactive with the learners. All of the students were impressed with his style of speaking. It was worth attending workshop.We had pics of the workshop.

As yesterday I met my wife and she immediately responded me about our first expectation negatively. At a moment i tried to encourage her that we didn't want to lose our hope. But i felt what she had had the same feeling as soon as i left her parent's house. Literally i was in tension and even looked for some motivational to me. However i didn't pay attention to my instinct nature that i had the ability to handle it carefully with advance planning. It might be financial, hospital expenses , and motivation to my wife.                later on i got a sense that in fact the problem is an indeed  spice of the life. without it , our life is not as happy as the God thinks. After that I am at least delighted to know my feeling. 

We, V.N.Godhani English School, celebrated the founder day on 30 th November in memory of late Virji dada. He was very visionary leader for girl’s education. He had great thought for saving girl’s child and her education. This is a story of three friends. They are none other than Loving Govind kaka, Bhagawan dada, and Virji dada. They became very close friends in 1968. At that time they were working in same diamond company and every day met. Govind kaka and Bhagawan dada were impressed by Virji dada’s thought as well as dreams. But alas Virji dada passed away in 1983 and left his dreams behind for his friends. After some years, Govind kaka and Bhagawan dada came forward and established this school ‘V.N.Godhani Kanya Vidalaya in 1991 and V.N.Godhani English School in 2001 to give the tribute to him. In 12th commerce, we had a lesson on ‘An interview’. After explaining it,today we kept an activity of framing the questions for the principal. It was done the group wise. The whole class took 15 minutes for framing the questions. Each group prepared different questions from other classmates. In the beginning they were very thoughtful and inspired for that activity. Further they fixed who would ask the principal and what question to be asked.           As soon as they finished it , the principal ma’am was called. Divya ma’am entered the class and the whole class stood up to greet her. The students were excited to ask her and listen her quietly. Afterward each group started asking question on career, experience , failure ,and goal. She became very pensive while replying to each group. Simultaneously she shared that each student’s success would be her goal and always thought of their careers, in what way they could become successful. Once upon a time there was very rich family and happy. It was called as Ramkar family. They had their own business and five members. Two sons and a daughter along the husband and wife were living. All were educated and cultured. At that time the father was looking for good match to his daughter. So he spread word among the community. In between they received lots of invitation. The whole family discussed it with one another. Because they always believed that the important decision would be taken with the family discussion. During Diwali vacation, three friends met one another after long time. When they were meeting, at that time each one thought that he had done good career. Simultaneously each one thought that he was very much happy in the life than his friends. Initially they tried to show off, but slowly each one realized that everyone was missing a true life or authenticity. So they asked one another about the reason of their fake lives as well as hiding attitude. Even they started complaining and regretting something towards one another. Though they were highly educated and had good job, still they felt missing a real life or happiness. At that time three of them decided that each one of them would write their true feelings on the paper. Recently I got good offer by the famous organisation and asked me to inform them whether I would be ready to join as soon as the Diwali vacation comes to an end. So it is the change in the job. as it is said that the change is av rule of the life. but it also receives a lot of opposition  from  not only others , but also from self. When I discussed the job offer with my family and dear one. They openly argued and turned down it. I tried to convince them about the future of that job, but they said that I had already settled in the particular job and didn't need to be disturbed self and the family.                                                Further I took it with my relatives and informed them about that. They were with the family in the opinion that there was no need to change the job. I was totally surprised about the reaction from everybody. Even nobody took an interest to know whether it would be better. Slowly and gradually I was convinced that nobody is ready to change ,

Yesterday I was leaving for home. So I came at the elevator. By that I went down. At that time I greeted the lift man and asked him if he would go to his village. He was happy to reply me positively and exclaimed with excitement that it would be the happiest visit for him. I became curious to know why he was so much happy to visit his village. Further I demanded the reason. He opined that the villagers would ask him about his life, job, and the family. When he would come across the people, they would ask him many things regarding his health, happiness, and much more. Further he added that it would make him happier. As soon as I heard his views, in shocking I also felt to visit the village. Simultaneously I hoped to get same happy as the lift man would have. In the school meeting, I was listening to the principal mam, felt why was she not referring my name and not admiring me in front of the staffs. It was like torturing me and making me whether I was alive or not.   Further when she inquired all of us if our birthday came earlier so that she could distribute the books as the birthday gift. Automatically along with others I raised my hand and thought that she could pay attention, but didn’t do it. Then I was feeling alone and needed to raise my voice, but somehow I didn’t permit myself for doing that. But why was I keeping such feeling of loneliness? Further I kept expecting from others. The feeling controlled me totally and tightly. Even it was finished and all were leaving for home, I was feeling very awkward and having feeling of self-doubt. The thought of loneliness, separation and escaping I had while coming down. Somehow I came down and looked for self-pity. As soon as I came out of school gate and within few minute I saw a beggar

It happened that I was at 11th science for my last two periods. I was about to start my lesson ‘The Browning Version’ written by Terence Rattigan. As I am always keen to take activity for the lesson. Then I explain it. So this time also I keep two questions in front of the students. These are in following 1)       What type of teacher do you require in the class? 2)       What do you think of teacher will think about types of the students required in the class?               These are the based on the lesson, so I asked them one by one. Some of them replied that the teacher should be good by nature and knowledge. Many of them exclaimed that he must be humorous towards the teaching the topic. Further I shot at one of them about the second question. he said , “ there must be creativity in the primary classes” immediately I again asked , “ how can we bring the creativity in this classes”   he responded , “ by different activities he can bring there”, again put the question , what

Today at assembly I kept looking for negativity in others automatically. I didn’t know the cause of it, but at once I had such thought in my mind. I thought that others did not keep updated and upgraded regarding the assembly. Why did I keep such behaviour with others? How did I allow the negativity into my environment? What could I have done in order to avoid such incident? At least I should have keep patience so that the picture to be cleared very soon, but I didn’t keep it.                     Sometime I keep the view that I am doing the work and others are not. That attitude I had at assembly today. That’s why I was looking the negativity in others. Easily it turned out in my mind and instantly gathered a lot of evidences before me. Next it became successful in convincing me that I was working and others weren’t. Then I forcibly took questioning to myself about this attitude. Today I started writing; sometime I yawned loudly and also thought of letter writing to me on behalf Mahatma Gandhi. It was decided before three days. Where are these and other promise gone? Why do I feel bored, fatigue, laziness and negative? Is there anything I miss?   Is there any purpose behind that attitude? Maybe this is not called attitude, but it is a kind of behaviour we generally find in day to day life. So here the question lies how do we bring a lot of energy to our work place? Perhaps it is my thought process and I continuously keep same thought since the last week, so it happens to me. But it is a very vital to know why I feel boring as well as fatigue.                              Think Tank Day for me On 27th Sept, 2018, as soon as I reached the school yesterday. I was asked by Gujarati medium teacher to compose one or two letters. Casually I threw an open question at the teacher why she wanted it. She responded that the school was supposed to send the letter to the distinguished people who once visited to the school for some programme. So they felt to ask these people for their ideas, opinion for the school. So as the school could develop itself. In sake of that, the letter to be composed. I was happy to do it, but slowly I got realization that the letter should be good in content. It should be pleasing and appreciative one. As I began to jot down the ideas for that, I really faced the tough to please others while writing it. That consumed a lot of mental ability and timing too. I drafted three letters after deeply thinking. Even I came to my understanding that I didn’t write the letter to please others, but myself. That’s why

                                      The Diary                     Date: 24 Sept, 2018  Day: Monday Today I felt disinterested towards my work. I didn’t know the reason of it, but understood and thought of changing of it. At least I must have reason of being disinterested towards my work. It impacted upon other areas of my career and others too. That’s why I had to know the cause and try to change or correct it. Otherwise it could bring a disgrace to my life. On other hand my mind told me to go to bed and take a rest. Maybe it thought that I would get refreshed. But I knew that it always juggled a game of hide and seek.             On last Saturday I reached at home around 7.clock and just relaxed for some time. As soon as I had a cup of tea, I got a call from my friend about going to city for some work. So I directly went at his place. From there we both went to the famous store ‘Perfect dresses’. Within 20 minutes we were there and parked the vehicle. We entered and he started talking with him on some important matter. So I sat quietly and kept listening to them.                                     Slowly the clock struck loudly and I looked at it. It was 9 clocks. By that time the shop owner offered some cloth bags to him. Automatically I saw at it and liked it very much. I hoped that I would have it. At least I would have two or three bags as I thought, but my friend held them. Even he liked these bags very much. From there we proceeded towards the chock bazaar at Al Khali Tea, Surat. But my mind didn’t drift away a topic of those bags and fully attached with them. Still I was expecting that

 This is just happy moment for me , but i have a long way to reach my destination. I thank the Lord for his incessant support to me and always guide me through the difficulties. I know that the life is  a learning process. finally I need to take my own responsibility of going ahead.

On 10 Sept 2018 Monday, we have kept open discussion on suicide prevention as the world will be celebrating ‘The International Suicide Prevention Day’. So we thought a lot about it and took decision that our students will discuss this topic with one another. Nowadays the incident of suicide takes place at every hour in India. There are many reasons regarding it. That may be personal, family, career, financial and another one. In this way the students will have good discussion. At least let them have their own views regarding the suicide and how to stop it. Further they can express their opinion and what they think about today’s pressure. I think that they will have free mind after sharing their feeling. It is open for 11, 12 com and science classes. In which they will share their nearby story with others.            Some days ago I came across an advertisement on website. It was related to education sector and about the teaching. The institute was looking for some trainers. So it advertised in following way “ 1. Authenticity & honesty 2. Hunger & desire to learn/work hard   3. Character to stand for the right things 4. Making things happen   Qualification is not a constraint, attitude is With a detailed write up with examples on how you have demonstrated these behaviours & what has been your story till now. Last Saturday I had afternoon school, so I came to 10.30 and was happy as I had very fewer periods on that day. I was feeling relaxed and doing my work on the computer. Then one of my colleagues started complaining about the family and its members. That’s why I responded,” don’t keep any rackets with them or yourself “. Again the colleague excused and validated the point what was said. I observed that my colleague was not ready to know the racket. The colleague neither accepted the responsibility nor said sorry. And not ready to share the feeling with them. In that way my colleague paid the cost and not ready to take pay off by understating the racket.                             Later on I explained that person about the racket.   I said that it was about complaining about others or self all the times. The department of English celebrated The English grammar day on 20 Aug ,2018 at V.N.Godhani English School.We all planned out the activities in an advance and carried out on that day. That programme consisted of drama, action song, speech, assessment test and small activities. Among them, the drama of The Godhanidham became very successful. It was on the theme of grammar point. It was very interesting and creative work. The whole school enjoyed the day. Then we had the first and second level paper of English Grammar for the students. The assessment papers were especially designed for the pupils according to their level.                                            The teachers were involved from the beginning to end and they put their whole experience into the celebration. Today  we are celebrating 72 nd independence day all over India. Since 1947 we have been talking about India and Indian freedom fighters. Do we know what they have dreamed for future India? What did they expect from today’s generation? Do we know these? May be we know or don’t know. But I think that we have to take some constructive steps in order to make our motherland as developed , glorious , smarter and better. Now it’s time not to think what we can do , but it’s time what actions can we take ? which are spoken either by  our freedom fighters or us.
